EDIT: OH MY FUCKING GAHHHHDDDDD! This episode literally doesn't want to be seen. I don't know why the audio is so out of sync?? I had to export this TWICE (3+ hours each time) and it is still glitching and I don't know how to fix it. 😭 I can't spend any more time on this episode - there are so many other videos to edit and lots of new comebacks I'm missing! If you wanna watch this messed up version, feel free, I guess... 🙄 I'm so sorry, friends. I may try to troubleshoot again later if I can...

Y'all, it has taken me 3 weeks to get this episode up! I'm so sorry. Honestly, this audio thing really messed me up (alongside the moving and the funeral planning and the everything else... I just didn't wanna deal with it). Like, why did I have to watch that whole 1.5 hrs of the video THREE SEPARATE TIMES, just to re-record my comments and then edit it all together? Lawd have mercy. Never again.

BUT IT WAS WORTH IT! 'Hot Sauce,' 'Back Door' and 'Love Me Right' were my 3 favourite performances of all these Group Battles, so I HAD to let you see the organic reaction!!! I'm glad I got to react again to the full versions for YouTube. But seriously, some of my favourite boys suddenly stood out to me so much in this episode! 😍

I'll edit and upload Episodes 5 & 6 as soon as I can! Then we can do a Watch Party for Episode 7! Deal???

It’s so interesting like when you said to be debuting soon and just now learning about breathing when singing is so strange. On one hand you want a success story or for the underdog to succeed but on the other hand, it makes no sense for somebody to be so untrained but aspire to debut within mere weeks.

RIGHT?? Especially in this age, when people are auditioning at such a high level already, companies don't want to have to invest too much in developing their idols (when there are hundreds already out there who are better). But who knows, it could also be production editing it to look like more of an 'underdog' story than it actually is...?

One thing I love about going back and watching these now, is that four or five Boys Planet groups have debuted, (ZeroBaseOne, EVNNE, OnePact, TOZ, TIOT, and at least two upcoming ones, New Beat and Ampers&One), I can see the conversations between people, friendships forming, and I know they end up being in a group together eventually…it’s great to see.
