‘the heart essence’ (Patreon)

Hatha Yoga is medicine

/

take the posture.

where is the mind?

/

love yourself so much

that you forget yourself

/

fuck the mystery

the pregnant sky

/

the body is an offering to God,

unfathomable Love

/

seek this love inside,

in quiet

/

be spontaneous .. look

into someone’s eyes

/

for a while, in silence ..

see the Beloved

/

with a relaxed body, focus the attention

on the heart essence .. listen ,
