Baby scheduled to come in about a week.

Filming ahead as much as we can, but will probably be intermittently MIA for about a week especially with the seasonals (will post updates with what specifically we'll miss when time comes)

Wow, it's that time already? W&S, please don't feel pressured to adhere to that one week deadline. I know having a baby is stress-full and sleep-less, and already having other young kids makes it even harder. If you need to take an extra week or two, it'll be fine, we'll survive with what we have. A one week paternity/maternity leave is criminally short as it is 😭

After Naruto placing in the top 5 in the last poll despite just barely making it past the nominations phase by one like, I've come to realize that's its better to just nominate everything one would like reactions for in order to lower, even if only marginally the chances of things you don't want at all winning. So I've got a full list of nominations prepared in advance this time, sorry in advance for spamming.

First of all, I said ‘long-running shonen’. I meant like Naruto or Black Clover (even tho I love Naruto I think they need something more mature right now). And Sentenced to be a hero is literally a light novel, and I don't remember any light novels being classified as shonen. Plus, it really doesn't feel like shonen!

Yes those are two great choices for seasonal anime slots. They are also only 12 and 13 episodes respectively, so not a huge commitment.

Sentenced to be a Hero really looks like an average isekai rather than a shonen 🤔 An edgy protagonist, dumb humor, loli, revenge. It reminds me a lot of Solo Levelling and The Rising of the Shield Hero, but with worse music. I struggled to finish the first episode.

How can you judge the show based on 1 episode?! I finished all 5 episodes and story is subtly developing, not like here is the plot point in your face but like behind the scenes if you pay attention you can see lore drops. All characters are developing too. I say give it another try. Honestly my favourite new anime (not a sequel) this season together with journal with a witch.

As much as I love Naruto (my fav show ever), one long shonen at a time is better so I agree that it would be better after MHA.

Naruto is my first anime and I really love it! But I just want them to watch something like steins gate, apothecary diaries, vinlanda saga etc. Their reactions to those shows were really engaging and honestly I feel like they enjoyed those show more than mha, op or hxh. Maybe I am wrong but I watched almost all their anime reactions and you kinda start to see how they react and what they really enjoy. I am not saying they didn't enjoy hxh or one piece rn but like they really seemed more engaged during those shows than all those shonens. Anyway for me I would love them to watch naruto but after mha and now to watch something more mature like Monster for example. P.s. And yeah I am watching One Piece with them so maybe later it will become the best anime for me and hopefully for them but like right now it seems really childish and one-dimensional with some great moments

Even on reaction videos it tends to be on the lower side. I constantly use a browser extension to boost audio by like 200-300% to watch you guys. It'd be nice if you could make it a little louder please.

I kinda agree with you, but I'm not sure this is the best place to mention that? I can see why you would, we don't have anywhere to say something like that (that isn't a video comment section or a direct DM). To bounce off the original comment...I think the audio mixing is good and there aren't any auditory issues, but the overall volume IS a little low. Might be something that can be fixed in post? I'm hesitant to recommend increasing the microphones' gain, because then the audio could get imbalanced, and weird problems like popping or static could show up.
