SIUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

Hwansu was mentioned in the previous episode. I don't exactly remember how the conversation went but as an anime guy, I was pretty interested in the power levels in this show and I know Master Heo said that you can only do the alchemy of souls once you mastered Jipsu, Ryusu, Chisu, and finally, Hwansu. Only the first three was introduced before so they explained how Hwansu is a legendary godlike power level that humans can't reach. Then Master Heo mentioned that only 2 people ever achieved it, the founder of Songrim and some other dude. I might be wrong since it I saw this show long ago, but next scene cut to Master Lee, so it's heavily implied he's the other mage who reached Hwansu. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong 😂 but that's the gist of it.

I hope you'll love the s2 too! Many people didn't because

You guys can probably just pronounce Mudeok as Moo-duck. I think that'd be easier for you, and it's pretty close to how they actually pronounce it in Korean

Rainbows are just light refracting off of water particles (typically in clouds but also on lakes, puddles, etc), so I assume making one wasn't too hard for him lol

minjin batbold

this is so random but wesley in this episode really reminded me of jake peralta

Bobby Vang

Just like Wes, I also drink that. It's not weird. In chinese herbal medicine, a lot of remedies have those ingredients.

Lucas Mendes

Yes, he was the other that master it, that's why he is so OP.

because what??

Umm it might be a spoiler.. But if you've watched it all maybe you'll know. From what I remember, some didn't like how the s2 went because they're too attached to s1 casts

fr i actually liked s2 more

Mudeok sounds more like moo-duh-guh. Though that last "guh" could easily sound like "kuh", as it's not a direct match to English consonants.

01:05:02 Rainbows don't actually have a location. A rainbow is an optical effect that appears the same no matter where you are, provided there are water droplets in the air in front of you, and sunlight behind you. If you move "towards" the rainbow, you will never get any closer.
