i’m not sure what video people are talking about, but there are several “if routes” that the author wrote stories for, and they take place at different points in the story. Where you are now, you could read/watch content of the wrath, pride, greed, and sloth routes. Gluttony route is my favorite but you should see it after season 4 ends, and greed is very good in my opinion. Don’t read lust it’s terrible.

For the IF routes, Greed, Pride, Sloth and Wrath are safe. Lust is essentially a badly written fanfic not worth looking at. And you shouldn’t watch Gluttony until after season 4 ends. Wrath has some future arc characters but doesn’t spoil anything story wise. They can be found on YouTube. I watched them through Echidnut and I’m pretty sure he tells you when a potential spoiler is coming up.

Awesome video guys!!! For the IF Routes that you guys are talking about, check this out! There's no spoilers for all these current IF stories, since they were only spoilers for season 3 and season 4 (which you've seen now). These IF story videos came out wayyy before Season 3, so you're hear the video say "watch out for spoilers for arc 5/6" but that's only because that is season 3 and season 4. You're safe to watch it in its entirety. I should mention that Lust IF was made as a joke by the author. So it's not a *real* Lust IF. You can skip that one if you want, or watch it. It was made as a joke, so it was deleted really quickly after he posted it lol. Also, for the Gluttony IF story video, try not to look too deep into the images that is on screen. Most of it is fanart and stuff that isn't exactly something you should look deep into, since it might give you a fake idea of a spoiler or something. I compiled the IF story playlist myself! There's technically more IF stories, but they're not really Sin IF stories, instead they're regular IF stories. And some of them have spoilers, including my favorite one (Sasageru IF) which won't be watchable until Season 6 or 7. I personally held off on watching the opening of this season until episode 10, but I'd let it play the music while I just looked down into my food and ate and I tell you, it's been the hardest thing not to look up while the banger was playing lmao

Lust IF isn't a fanfic. It was made by the author. It's not that it was badly written, but its a joke. Also gluttony IF has no spoilers. I verified myself. And the echidnut videos has no spoilers anymore since they were only for arc 5 and that was season 3

Hey, so for the Re:Zero IFs, here's the spoiler-safe rundown for anime-onlys: Safe: - Sloth IF ("Natsuki Rem") — diverges Arc 3, the classic one to start with. Yes Halibel's in it, but he's already mentioned in the anime (ep 72) and his IF role spoils nothing about his eventual main story appearance. Just a character preview. - Ayamatsu (Pride IF) — safe after S3. - Kasaneru (Greed IF) — its only issue was Arc 6 name-drops (Shaula, the tower), which the anime has now reached, so you're good. Do NOT touch: - Tsugihagu (Gluttony IF) — set during Arc 6, will spoil some things in part 2. - Oboreru (Wrath IF) — major Arc 7 (Best arc ever) characters, hard avoid. The intro was made to set the vibe but as in season 3 It could just be metaphor or hints. For example Echidna could literally just have shown up because of the character who shares her name. Even saying its a spoiler could be a spoiler because YOU have no idea whats a spoiler or not because anything in the intro could mean nothing. They literally went to the tower to solve Gluttonys curse for example. So of course they are in the intro.

So yeah, the reason I said earlier I wasn't sure if it was okay for you to watch the opening was the Dragon and Gluttonies. Btw it was a little funny watching you in season 2 searching after the dragon and thinking Roswaal were a Dragon ahahah

You guys are clear to watch every echidnut if route video besides the new one because that one covers an alternative timeline for arc nine. I would say they’re the best videos broaching the subject and any missing details can be filled in by people in the comments here. I guarantee they will have you look at Subaru in a new light and will make you question just what exactly is his role in this world.

Gluttony IF doesn’t spoil part 2, and Wrath IF doesn’t spoil anything in arc 7. Seeing cecilus/halibel will not spoil their arc 7 experience

Sasageru IF (or "Sacrifice IF") is the only one you really can’t watch since it’s an if route for arc nine.

Hey guys, not sure if it has been mentioned, so I will mention it. Rezero arc 1-3 - Season 1. Rezero arc 4 - Season 2. Rezero arc 5 - season 3. Rezero arc 6 - Season 4. just for reference.

It's been so long since I've hashed this theory, so buckle in. Lol Obviously, this isn't going to be as tidy as the first time I condensed this since it's been so long since we watched s1,2, and 3. But! If you recall, the Bishops said they were missing one of them, Pride. Betelguise was sure Subaru was Pride. So there's that piece. Then, my Satella isn't the bad guy, theory. I think the Satella we get told about is a legend that changes our thinking so that she's evil, but what evil has she done this ENTIRE show except for protect Subaru? And yes, I think when she prevents him from telling about the curse or kills others to make sure he doesn't, knowing he's gonna regen, she is protecting him on HIS request. Time jump theory. I think Subaru had been here before (this will later be affirmed by Shaula thinking he's Fleugal and the tower test themes are very specific to Subaru's knowledge) this is where I start to flip-flop a little. I believe the one we call Satella is actually Emilia. She unlocks whatever it is that is her connection to Satella (I believe her mother or grandmother, or perhaps she's a clone) I believe something happens that is so awful, Subaru asks Emilia to curse him with Return by Death, send him to the very beginning with no memories, and let him try to do things over, but made her make it so he couldn't tell anyone about RBD, because maybe in his first life he was a Bishop and Fleugal and knew if people found out about his connection to the witches, he would be led down the same road or something. New additions to this theory. A) if he is Fleugal, he CAN read Fleugal's book, because he does know him, so if that's the book he read, I think it created a paradox of Subaru's. The intro makes me think that Subaru unlocked the psyche of his original, twisted self. Or another theory is he read his own book and he unlocked all of himselves. Either way, remember there were quite a few times he becomes unhinged and twisted? If that exists in his psyche beneath consciousness, and somehow that and Fleugal and all this other stuff and versions of him and his powers are leaking out of him because of the book.. I think everything happening IS SUBARU. Even the Satella part. He called her there! He was subconsciously begging her to kill him, maybe for good. When we saw the fog and you said it was odd she didn't surface, I don't think that was her at all. That was Subaru's anxiety manifesting as the Witch's magic. The hands were his hands that he was cocooning in which is why Emilia could see them. She never addressed Satella in that entire scene because she was never really there.. Anyway, the part of the song when he's walking up the stairs and there's layers of him and he looks all evil and twisted. I don't think that's Gluttony. That's all the versions of Subaru coalesced I believe. It also just hit me, that what if the show isn't called Re:zero because of his return by death, but a Easter egg to the fact that this entire show is his restart? Like what if originally, he never had return by death, but became one of the Bishops somehow, then when he asks "Satella" to start him over with this curse to he can try to prevent things/save everyone, they broke his gate or fractured it so his Witch powers wouldn't be obvious or take over, but still give him the backup of RbD 🧐 Ach, ok. My brain is smoking lol I'm too sick to keep analyzing, but I do have to say, maaaaaaaan this season went so hard! And the into/outro songs and visuals are insanely good. I always love Re:0 songs but this ones intro, peak
