Atlas Creation

A good example of a normal person’s quirk that we’ve already seen is Deku’s mother. She has the ability to float small objects toward her. It’s likely possible that she can train this to be much more efficient but just compare the base value that Tsu’s or Todoroki’s quirk can provide compared to deku’s mom and the difference between quirks with heroic potential and the regular, everyday quirk is vast.

"Voice-transmogrifier" Is crazy Wes, "Voice Changer" or "Voice Modulator" are very normal words :p hahaha, what a pull Also it's been mentioned in the show only once so I won't elaborate, but the job of 'hero' is pretty new. So that's why there isn't thousands - together with all other arguments you already discovered talking of course

these are episodes that make me personally dont understand the show class B they have so many talented and powerful individuals but people like mineta got into class A somehow while they couldnt....

Adams

I think class A and B are supposed to be same it's just A has more high profile candidates

Andrea Duquette

The classes arnt determined by power level it’s randomized that’s why class b are so salty they are getting all the attention when they are in equal power scale

Pupbeat

loved your discussion at the end :-)

There are 4 recommended students which were split 2 each in both classes and the remaining 36 students were split randomly. It's a common misconception that the 1-A is better.

Teyand

Class A and B are just separate classes. It’s not that Class A is for the better kids, they literally just randomly assigned the kids to one of the two classes.

We learned in Season 3 that Heroes are overseen, at least in Japan, by the National Police Agency and the Heroes Public Safety Commission.

I always thought UA is the most popular school because they make the flashiest hero’s so their test is flashy. There are many other schools that train hero’s so if you won’t do good in UA then you can pick a school you will do good it.

Also you can not use your quirk in daily life with out a license. We saw why because of what gentle did and almost killed someone. Thats also why Uraraka wanted to be a hero so she could use her quirk at her parents business

Al Kinorthay

8:18 Uraraka's eyebrow twitching at hearing Hatsume's name!

Your questions about the average quirk power level are exactly what the whole "singularity" thing is about. As the generations go on, the quirks are getting more and more powerful and maybe one day there will be a quirk that could "turn the sun off" and be too powerful to control which would cause massive issues. For instance, in the previous generation, Deku's mom for instance, can "move small objects telekinetically", but you also have super outliers like Endeavor and All Might who are WAY stronger than the other heroes by orders of magnitude. In the current generation, an example of exceptionally strong heroes are Hawks and (formerly) Lemillion. As for the whole "400 new heroes graduating each year" thing, I think you guys forgot that each hero agency has dozens and dozens of sidekicks usually. For instance, Ingenium (the former one) was said to have like 60-80 sidekicks in his agency alone. So, there's space for plenty of heroes to find jobs. Lastly, the base salaries of heroes are paid by the government, this was stated early on in the show. The commercial side of things is something some heroes do for additional money and wealth generation. So, it's safe to assume at the base, most heroes can earn a living wage like any other normal civil servant, but if they are popular, they can earn celebrity level income.
