There’s so much subtext in every conversation and the best thing about this show is the fact you notice more and more subtle details with every rewatch. The north of the wall stuff was mostly shot in Iceland. The main production was in Northern Ireland, and King's Landing was mostly shot in Croatia. The Tywin and Arya interactions were invented for the show, but they're a great addition to Arya's storyline this season.

Just a thought going forward, maybe move your chair (camera angle) or take the painting off the wall just for the filming. It's weird and slightly off-putting to have a quarter of a painting right onscreen....
