Very smart of you both to notice that they flipped the format for this episode, with "previously on" instead of "next time on", but still providing new information that wasn't actually in any episode. Rita's sidekick, the one who threatened Michael, is played by Dave Thomas, part of the immortal SCTV lineup alongside Eugene Levy, Catherine O'Hara, Rick Moranis, Andrea Martin, Joe Flaherty, and John Candy.

Strange Brew! That's the one! It grew out of the Great White North sketches he and Moranis regularly did on SCTV (as a snarky response to the producers who demanded "more Canadian content"), and is also a very unexpected riff on Hamlet. The British accent was a frequent part of Thomas's impersonations on the show, as in his takeoff on Richard Burton.
