Yay! I'm glad you guys finally got to meet Kevin!

ScarlettMi

I thought I clicked on Andor and then you started describing this as a comfort watch and then I realized.

dys

and the fluffy boy!

😍 I am so glad they chose to make them very similar instead of an opposites attract kind of relationship. They just make sense ( and are adorable but I am biased because they are one of my favorite fictional couples of all time)

dys

I wonder where Holt's house is supposed to be to afford that on a captain's and professor's salary. In the real Brooklyn neighborhood the 99 is based on that would be 3 million easy, though they could be in Manhattan to be closer to Kevin's work, but more likely they're probably farther out to be able to afford a place that size.

Marilu Henner is ok that you couldn't remember her name, but she remembers everything that ever happened to her, since she has Highly Superior Autobiographical Memory.

JENNIFER E

I quote Gina's "I'm the Paris of people" on a weekly basis.

Calbah

Have you seen Johnny Dangerously? That's my favorite work of Marilu Henner's, and it's immensely quotable.

At any given moment I am thinking of one thing- Richard Dreyfuss, hunkered over, eating dog food. Lol So many iconic lines this episode. And my god, as a very confidently and strictly gay man, Rosa looks so incredible whenever they do any kind of dress up, it’s insane how stunning she is, not to mention being one of the most interesting characters in the show. Her sheer delight in how insane Gina makes me laugh every time.

Amelie W

I quote Jake's "Your eight-dollariest bottle of wine, please."

AudeAudor

héhé learning a lot of French in this episode. - Cornichon (=tiny pickle) - Ortolan (=tiny bird, forbidden to hunt and eat) - Vis-à-vis ("a propos"/about smthg) That's it for today. :)

AudeAudor

Also "Breathless" Godard is a must.

Jamie Morgan

This episode is pure gold! I use "8 dollar-est bottle of wine" regularly in my every day life, and I once burst out laughing in a job interview because they asked me "what do you feel you would contribute to this company?" (or something like that) and my brain immediately went to "my skillset, dance ability and bloodlust". No, I did not get the job lmao.

Youtalkingtome

I know, I figured they were gunna take an opposites attract approach, this is so much funnier

Youtalkingtome

Agreed. Rosa is fine. I totally understand where Charles is coming from

Michael Keaton plays Johnny. The cast also includes Joe Piscopo, Danny DeVito, Peter Boyle, Maureen Stapleton, and Griffin Dunne. Amy Heckerling directed it between Fast Times at Ridgemont High and National Lampoon’s European Vacation. Are you thinking of Keanu Reeves because of Johnny Mnemonic maybe?
