I feel strongly that the writers decided early on in the season that the Charles-Rosa thing wasn't a good idea, and they decided to start messing with the audience right away.

I always appreciated the way they side stepped expectations about Charles and Rosa, because it came as such a nice contrast to all the frustrating plots of the “nice-guy” nerd continually perusing a woman who said she wasn’t interested. Instead he backed off, apologized even, and they became even better friends. Plus we get the completely wild and unexpected twist of Charles and Gina! She did once mention finding him briefly attractive when he was being all extra confident.

Even in Archer they're all pretty good, except maybe Cheryl. Their personal issues are just very extreme compared to B99!

In my opinion, only the first 5 seasons are worth watching. I tried the 2 or 3 that came after but it didn't grip me, and with some of the cast deaths, it just never felt the same
