Oh wow - I’m so glad you guys liked that note! And boy did we see more toddler behavior in this episode. Oof. That whole “I need a wife” scene was infuriating. The cop should change the locks while he’s out at “physical therapy” and divorce him immediately. By contrast, I totally agree, Wayne is the antithesis of the Roy/golf-bro man-child. He’s kind of meek and his brain is currently scrambled by electrocution and pain killers, but he’s a good man. It’s clear he loves Dottie an equal, not a subordinate. As it should be. And yeah, Jennifer Jason Leigh is amazing in this role. A very mercurial villain. She must’ve had a ball playing that part. P.S. Kevin - Oh no! Optometrist visits are never fun. Hope you feel better soon!
