We are just wanting to put out feelers on a few shows to gauge interest moving forward. Please comment so we can get as clear a picture as possible. These are all options we would love to get to in the future, but are certainly not limited to these.

Merav H

Homicide life on the street? 😊

Cristy

Downton Abbey would be amazing, would love to see a period show on the roster (and of course Dame Maggie Smith).

Nate

Mr Robot yes please!!!

Allison O

I’ve been hoping for Downton since they did Gosford Park

Anndra

Quite up for both Oz and The Expanse. I want to recommend Black Sails also, I think it's right up your street.

Michelle Taylor

Midnight Mass: one season, seven episodes. The Haunting of Hill House: one season, ten episodes.

Mithroch

Skins. UK teen dark comedy. Cast packed with future stars. Nicholas Hoult, Dev Patel, Kaya Scodelario, Daniel Kaluuya, Jack O'Connell.

Christine

None of these interest me but I think you would both enjoy Alias with Jennifer Garner (105 episodes). Also Humans (UK show from around 2015…only 24 episodes)

Stephanie Bedworth

The Expanse and Six Feet Under are both fantastic shows that I think the two of you would really get into once you started them.

Cristy

I'm always going to recommend The White Lotus too if and when you can (21 eps). Such amazing satire and social commentary.

AdamPacio.art

They should begin Downton Abbey by reacting to Cameron's Titanic movie first. I mean, in a very convincing way, Downton Abbey is a spinoff from the film. ;)

Zoo

I voted for Oz and The Good Wife since I can only find one reactor for the former and none for the latter. Would therefor be much more interesting imo.

margo m

oh man, the leftovers would be such an incredible watch for y’all… it probably suffers in a poll due to it being dreadfully under-seen, but i promise, you guys would absolutely love it!!

Ashley Thomas

have you seen counterpart with jk simmons? i think you might find that one interesting. of these i would love to see you watch oz.

Mithroch

Downton would be excellent. If you didn't love Maggie Smith before... she's easily one of the best things in this show... and there are a lot of great things. It's one of my go-to comfort rewatches... right there with West Wing.

Flavia Barcellos

Please consider reacting to The Good Wife! It’s such a brilliant, critically acclaimed, award-winning show, and literally no one is reacting to it. There’s such a huge opportunity here!

Courtney

Six Feet Under is my favorite show of all time! Even if it doesn’t win, just seeing it here makes me happy. I think it’s always been overlooked in the ‘early 2000s peak HBO’ conversation, and the recurring cast/guest stars are fantastic.

aleidascope

I would be ecstatic about Downton Abbey. Another show I'd really love to see you react to if you haven't seen it is Fringe - some of the most amazing television I've ever seen and I think you might really enjoy it.

khoma

Black Sails is amazing

Roland

I think The Leftovers and Mr Robot are stand-outs on this list, based on what you guys and this crowd have enjoyed so far. The first has some dark aspects to it, so it requires a more mature audience than regular reactors could cope with, but I think perfect for this crowd. The Leftovers regularly features in HBO's Top 5 of all time lists for a reason. Mr Robot is just a wild ride, with lots of questions along the way, thus excellent for a two-person reaction. The Diplomat is a fun ride, with lots of The West Wing DNA via showrunner Deborah Cahn. The Expanse is excellent, but perhaps not a universal crowd-pleaser. "Hard" sci-fi adventure and politics. I found Peaky Blinders outstayed it's welcome but the early seasons were very good. (Someone mentioned Homicide, and as someone that owns the complete boxed set, I'd say the same thing - I've never revisited it). I've not watched Downton Abbey or Oz, but I've heard good things. I was surprised to learn that the latter had six seasons.

Bean's friend

Downton Abbey was excellent and I'd love to see your reactions. I'd also recommend a few miniseries if you haven't seen them yet. There are the obvious candidates like Band of Brothers and Chernobyl, but one period drama I've only recently discovered and loved is the BBC's North and South (4 episodes), which is an adaptation of Elizabeth Gaskell's novel of the same name, NOT the series about the Civil War.

The Inedible Mattman

LOOOOOOVE Downton Abbey. Some of the best storytelling I've seen in a long time. I want to suggest a show though for you. You might want to consider Westworld, from HBO. A show version of the movie from the 70's, it focuses more on the storytelling and the world building than other shows have. Something to consider :)

Onno Smits

None of the ones in the poll I'd watch along with, to be honest. I've seen some but not really interested in a rewatch. Others below mentioned Orphan Black, and Alias. Both of those'd be cool to revisit! My recommendations and reasoning: "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." (2013), 136 episodes - Will pull new members on Patreon, loyal fanbase. - You guys have seen the Phase 2 MCU movies, right? - Seriously a masterclass in TV arc writing. "Firefly" (2002), 14 episodes + a movie - Another Joss Whedon show, with a loyal fanbase. - It's very short, so adds Patreon library variety. - Probably the best pilot episode ever written. "Person of Interest" (2011), 103 episodes - A show set in NYC, and actually filmed on location in NYC. - Very good action and underrated writing. - Some serious acting powerhouses in (recurring) guest starring roles.

Laura Dawson

The Expanse is soooooo good! One of my all-time favorites. Would love to hear your thoughts on it.

Roland

Counterpart deserved so much more, criminal!

Dani

Oh I love period dramas (would love you guys to do The Crown, it's fascinatingly good television and had some fantastic acting and a legendary cast, or Gilded Age which is basically Downton but set in industrial age America so across the pond) so happy to see Downton and Peaky on here. It'd be nice to see something a bit different. Good Wife, however, was excellent and Diplomat is one I also think you guys would enjoy.

BrummaGen

I'd give a double vote for Six Feet Under as I think it is really good - I bought all the DVD boxsets and have rewatched with as much enjoyment as first time - but hardly anyone seems to have reacted to it. And I think you would enjoy the premise and the characters, and the acting. I have an irrational dislike of Downton Abbey: as someone who loves classic literature and enjoys some period dramas that are adaptations of books (and enjoys criticising others), for some reason the fact that DA is not book-based made me not want to watch it; also its setting seemed to pander to the worst stereotypical overseas perceptions of what Britain is about. Also, back in the pre-streaming days it originally aired on the ITV channel which has adverts (unlike the BBC) and which I therefore avoid watching if possible. So I've only seen the odd episode when staying with friends and I'm probably doing the show a disservice - it certainly has some very fine actors who would be worth seeing. If you do choose it, and I'm still subscribed on Patreon, I might make myself watch a few episodes along with you to give it a chance! I'd be far more interested in seeing you watch Peaky Blinders - another UK period piece but with a very different setting. And the Expanse gets my vote because it's one of the best recent sci-fi shows with great long-form story telling that rewards attentive watchers. It has many people reacting to it already, but I think you'd both enjoy it very much and am always ready to see my favourite reactors take on one of my favourite shows!

BrummaGen

Yes to North and South!

Tim Miller

They've done Band of Brothers. Chernobyl would be really good, and it's short so not much time commitment but they might have seen it already. A couple other great ones are From the Earth to the Moon and Dopesick. Hoping they'll get around to all these at some point.

QuasiRNG

I would like to suggest adding Justified and Black Sails to the list!

Ben Gilbert

I voted for the Expanse and Downton Abbey. Another show you should consider is Northern Exposure from the 90s. It's one of my favorite shows ever with comedy, romance, and a little magic realism. Alaska paid for the education of Dr. Joel Fleischman and he has to go to Alaska to practice medicine to fulfill his obligation. Lots of loveable and quirky characters in a beautiful setting.

QuasiRNG

As for those on the list, would really be excited for Mr.Robot, Leftovers and The Expanse! But several other great shows as well.

Jonathan

I’d second the Crown

Dylan

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Robot. It's such a well-crafted show, by the end it'll have you believing the entire thing was conceived before they even shot episode 2. It might be on the darker side for your tastes, but it's also not completely miserable all the time with hardly anyone to care for like Ozark.

dragonflyingash

Of these I would vote for the Expanse (one of my all-time favorite shows). I still haven't finished Downtown Abbey so this would be a good excuse to revisit. Also for additional recommendations I second Black Sails, another underrated favorite of mine and only four short seasons.

Flavia Barcellos

Please consider picking The Good Wife! Downton Abbey is way more likely to make it into another poll, and other channels are already reacting to it. TGW is such a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered here!

Jonathan

Oz was another Baltimore filmed show (a concept pilot episode aired as part of Homicide) but having heard you talk about shows you didn’t enjoy I don’t see you enjoying it. It had the trap that some HBO shows fall into of writers being so happy to be free of network censors that they go overboard with the TV-MA content.

Cristy

Oh, I would love a Dopesick reaction.

Jonathan

The Good Wife and Downton are both very much in your wheelhouse. I think you guys would also enjoy Battlestar Galactica (2003/4). It really created modern sci-fi the way The Wire created modern cop shows and used sci-fi to discus current issues of the time.

Terry Cooper

Uk show. 'Line of duty' seven series. Best drama series ever.. Also from uk The 'Unforgotten' 6 series.

Chris

I'd recommend Vampire Diaries. Ensemble story, great cast, great lore developed season after season. Fun show with decent fantasy/horror elements at times.

Jonathan

Another show to consider for when Gilmore ends is Everwood (2002) it was a critically acclaimed small town family drama/comedy that aired concurrently with Gilmore and introduced a lot of actors who become bigger names. It’s only 4 seasons.

Daniel Lydford

So many good shows worthy of watching. Now I'm just going to list additional shows I think should be on a list. Homicide: Life on the Street Prime Suspect Elementary Fringe Orphan Black Firefly Banshee Boardwalk Empire

Evan Fowler

It's a serious classic and there are a dearth of reactions to it. One of the few shows that actually gets more interesting and profound as you rewatch it at progressively older ages. It's like it's got every potential period of life represented so well that, no matter what age you are when you watch it, it will speak to you in a different way. My admiration for it only ever grows.

Evan Fowler

I would love for somebody sometime to react to Rectify. It's literally the most underrated show of all time. Moreso even than Halt and Catch Fire.

Nick Stark

Six Feet Under is an absolute masterpiece. Critics voted this the best series finale of all time.

lee

Penny Dreadful hive I need you to pokemon go to the polls. I need the guys to witness Eva Green EvaGreening tf out. PLEASE

Aaron

Six Feet Under is an absolute must. The writing and acting is some of the best to ever exist and it’s got the best series finale of all time. Not enough votes for Mr. Robot makes me need to express How brilliant that show is, and you guys are one of the few reactors that would appreciate the storytelling and the cinematography. So count my votes for those two shows x100000

Eileen Castillo

The Loudest Voice would be a great series to react to as well.

Kevin L

Downton is my choice too! Though not likely among the very best shows on this list, it's well worth watching, and a bonus for skeptics is that the first season is arguably the best -- certainly what hooked a large audience.

Jérémy

All great shows really. I will always have a soft place for Penny Dreadful. It has an all-time performance from Eva Green and it is fitting for Halloween. I haven't rewatched Six Feet Under since I was a teenager but it was a formative show for me, I would be down to rewatch it with you guys.

Crawnch!

Definitely would like a Six Feet Under react. Not many have done it and it is one of the greatest shows ever. Having said that, if you’re allergic to earnestness you might not like it lol. It definitely has its share of comedy but it also tackles serious subjects and its characters attempt to do it in a deep way which can make the writing strike some people as pretentious. But I love it! Also, I’d like to throw my vote in for a show not on the list, Black Sails. It is imo the most underrated show ever. A show about pirates but so well done, well acted, and well written. May be my favorite show ever and very few people have reacted to it.

Just Lily

Oh my god good wife is amazing and nobody reacts to it

two pennies no waiting

I completely agree. I watched it live on CBS and set up my dvr to record an additional 2 hours after bc the Sunday night football would always run long 😂

Sisi M

I’m hoping for Downton Abbey. Also, just want to say Penny Dreadful is such an underrated show. It’s incredible. It has some magnificent performances, especially from Eva Green. She is magnetic.

Just Lily

Can you check out Slow horses and Widow's bay? These are way shorter but oh so good

Rob Bob

Dollhouse (Two 13-episode seasons). Starring Eliza Dushku and is also a Whedon show.

Just Lily

Vampire diaries would be fun

Just Lily

Also Westworld, at least fist two seasons

Just Lily

House md should be on the list

BrummaGen

Agree re Firefly - though perhaps that's one to keep for when they've finished Buffy?

Emily Nash

Downton Abbey is the only one from the poll that I have seen the whole series!! They did make movies (I think around 2) which I thought was a treat to see in a movie theatre !

Actuarial Lurker

I chose Downtown Abbey but feel you ought to have Boardwalk Empire on the list. Downtown is ALMOST as good as Mad Men....Boardwalk is ALMOST as good as The Sopranos, both kind of lag a bit in their later seasons

JC

I think Veronica Mars would be a good comparison show to Buffy.

Actuarial Lurker

Second the vote for Fringe made by aleidacope below....it is a bit weird but that's what makes it interesting

Lola Lirola

I'd love Downton Abbey, but I think The Crown is juicier, it'd be great to get to it eventually!

Bri

Would love to see your reaction to The Leftovers. Genuinely unformulaic storytelling there.

Ryan

David Simon’s Treme is a great follow-up to The Wire, with several returning actors and plenty of the same writing style with different storylines bouncing off each other in unexpected ways.

Nihidea

Would love to see Downton Abbey, another one of my favourites! And also voted The Expanse and Mr Robot because I've been meaning to check those out and it would be fun to watch them alongside you guys

Jeff

While I hope you watch Six Feet Under someday, I'm really looking forward to your Downton Abbey reactions, because you loved Gosford Park so much. The attention paid to the details of the time and place are really impressive. I'm also hoping that you'll someday watch Battlestar Galactica. It truly is one of the most original, thought-provoking series ever made.

Luis

I love the world-building of both The Expanse and The Leftovers. I’ll also suggest Friday Night Lights although it’s possible one of you may have seen it already.

Suzanne Whyte

Firefly (only 14 episodes and a movie), The Expanse and Justified, in that order. Also Chernobyl if you fancied a short miniseries before committing to a longer show.

acidnova

Downton Abbey, then the movie The King's Speech, and then the Crown would work very well. Granted, Downton Abbey doesn't actually follow the royal family but King George V was the King at the time and is referenced so it's a nice throughline.

seth e.

BLACK SAILS

acidnova

They did 3 movies! If you haven't seen the last one, you should!

seth e.

YES YES YES

seth e.

begging ON MY KNEES for BLACK SAILS. 38 eps (4 seasons), PRESTIGE PIRATE DRAMA!! honestly one of the top 3 shows from start to finish I've ever seen

acidnova

I voted for both Downton Abbey and Mr. Robot. Looks like I might get my wish for one of the shows. I really do hope you guys get to watch Mr. Robot one day because I know you'd absolutely love it. But there are multiple reactions to Mr. Robot available on youtube but so few Downton Abbey reactions so it would be great to get another one out there.

I🖤Kraken

Downton Abbey is something you haven't done before and would love but The Good Wife has an incredible roster of talented stars throughout its seasons and launched the careers of many actors you already love. The Kings (producers) are almost clones of Sorkin and the Palladinos. Extraordinary writing. And--it would definitely scratch your West Wing itch. Suggestions: Fringe, Person of Interest and Sherlock are all brilliant, sci-fi procedurals. The best I've ever seen, I think.

Dani

Agree. Not just juicier, but I think better acted and just in general a more interesting subject as a character study of the modern monarchy.

Lola Lirola

Ooh, I like that! So thorough!

Suzanne Whyte

I think Kevin has seen Westworld but if Joe felt like taking on another solo watch that would be a good choice for him. I agree that it’s probably not worth watching after season 2 unless you’re someone who needs to watch a show right until the end despite a quality drop.

PJ

Ooooh my G 👀👀 I’ve been SO hoping Downton Abbey might pop up one day on your channel - not just bc it’s SUCH a brilliant show but also bc it literally got it all ❤️ and bc I already know how you guys love the sarcasm in Gilmore girls 👀😂 so yes, yes, yes to Downton Abbey 🥳🥳

two pennies no waiting

I so desperately want a period piece marathon. I started an anglophile one for myself with young Victoria 😂 so to get downton, then maybe buy kings speech and darkest hour, and finish with the crown. Would not mind at all for GA or even bridgerton thrown in. And good wife is superb. similar to Gilmore girls, there will always a mystery to me for its original end game but I still love it so much. It is the best of its genre and the guest actors they drew was testimony to its excellent writing and overall execution. End of gushing. lol

Suzanne Whyte

Am I only only weirdo who keeps a list of how many episodes the guys have left of each show so I know when we’ll start a new one? I’m sad when they finish one of my favourites but New Show Day is always mysterious and exciting.

two pennies no waiting

Haha I just commented something similar to dani's comment. I'd love to throw in darkest hour after kings speech to set up the crown. Sounds like we have a voting block and should pool funds for these movies if downton wins haha

PJ

I tried searching for reactions to Downton on YouTube recently, could only find 3 options and only one of those were in a “group setting”. And all 3 options seemed boring 👀 … I’ve been longing for those reaction channels I already know and like/love to react to Downtons but haven’t happened until this possibility with Kev and Joe 🙌🏻

two pennies no waiting

I'd love to recommend good wife to you. I think if you loved the dowager dame of downton, I hope you've been introduced to Diane Lockhart.

Tina

Fringe is amazing.

Tom Rand

One show I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone react to but I think you’d really enjoy is Bad Sisters on Apple TV (very dark Irish comedy/drama) - also two short seasons so not a long commitment either!

Tina

The Expanse is so good! It has scifi, breathtaking politics, fantastic writing and acting! If I could only choose one from the list, it would be The Expanse!

Lola Lirola

I love it! From the looks of it, better start saving! 😅 Don't get me wrong, I love Downton's early seasons, they're really amazing. But I think it devolves after [massive spoiler] due to actor's schedules, and the final episodes are a bit limping. I think The Crown is more solid throughout. But hey, we can start campaigning now, and make this period piece daisy chain a reality!

Tina

I love Elementary. It's a regular crime show, but the cast of characters also really makes for one of my favourite Sherlock Holmes adaptations ever.

Tina

Very much so! Also, Veronica Mars vs Eleanor Shellstrop makes the brain break in interesting ways!

Cristy

Agreed, there are barely any Downton reactions, it's criminal, lol.

Suzanne Whyte

I honestly think that they would love it and it would spark some interesting discussions.

Erin Mileur

Since you just watched Sense and Sensibility a good companion to that is North and South (2004) a 4 part miniseries based on the novel by Elizabeth Gaskell.

Marla Mize

I, Claudius should be on this poll!

Yankee Veg

Another two to add to your next poll (you should have an opening by 2036, right?😂): Homeland and Dead Like Me.

s

interview with the vampire (the tv show)

Panos

Yes i want them to watch Justified so much! Black Sails would be an awesome reaction as well.

Nannette

Since you’ve reached the Logan era on Gilmore Girls I think now would be a really fun time to add the Good Wife into the mix. See the same actor play a similar yet very different character. It’s also just a strangely underrated show. And it’s one of the only shows to ever change my mind (I can be pretty pigheaded at times) For whatever reason I had a certain idea of what the show was going to be, and I hated it. Hated it. But the more of the show I saw (like hate watched basically) the more I caught myself not hating the show. Until suddenly it dawned on me, I like this show, it’s not what I thought it would be. These days I can’t remember why I was so anti this show. But I do still recall the moment I realized this show is good. I’d love to see the two of you react to the Good Wife. I think you guys are exactly the right reactors for it. There’s a lot of perspectives to consider in ways I’m being intentionally vague about to avoid spoilers. Also as a sidenote, I love Alan Cumming, and I think his portrayal of Eli Gold is a joy to watch

Naomi Bronner

Going to agree with Fringe! A really fantastic show!

Nannette

Completely agree!

Michelle Taylor

Battlestar Galactica is an amazing series, and it all kicked off with a mini-series that you can check out first. Maybe give it a watch and see if you're interested in the rest of the show!

Nannette

Omg Dead Like Me! Underrated and overlooked by virtually everyone

Jonathan

The “miniseries” is a 3 hour movie that they split between two nights when they originally aired it to have space to add commercials. Some streaming services have it as a movie. Parsmount+ currently has it as 2 episodes. I have it on my list of requests when I get a large paycheck later this year.

MJ

Seconding Orphan Black! I actually never finished the final season and I'd love an excuse to return to it. But it was excellent from what I recall.

MJ

So many of these look great! I also wonder if you all might be interested in Sense8. It is a beautiful show and thought-provoking in a way that I think you both might enjoy!

skeety vanstinkles

Y'all. Thanks for everything. So much content, I can hardly believe you'd add more. Downton is great, you'll enjoy it! Cheers to Dame Smith! However, I feel conflicted. + Six Feet Under might be my favorite series of all time. It probably won't win the poll. And I've watched them all, every single one of these shows, and all the others too. But you should prepare yourself. It's an absolute master class of written characters, but awfully challenging to digest. Grief is a beautiful, harsh buzz in it's best moments, and a violent stray cat in it's worst. Its a show that'll make you ask questions of yourself that you may not be ready for the answers. Love y'all. Again, thanks.

Paul Verburg

The Leftovers. Best show of all time IMO. There are not enough superlatives to describe this show. The writing: Damon Lindelof at his best, rained in just enough by Tom Perrotta, who also wrote the novel on which the show is based. The cast: Justin Theroux, Ann Dowd, Amy Brenneman. And Carrie Coon, OMG Carrie Coon is so good in this. The music by Max Richter. That motif, haunting. Of all the shows I've seen, there's no other with so many scenes that I regularly think back of in awe: Nora answering what's next, Nora walking into the kitchen that morning, Kevin and Patti at the well, Erika taking the questionnaire, Matt asking God for meaning, Kevin and Nora in the hotel room, and the last scene, a perfect ending for a perfect show. And there are so many more. In fact, as I'm writing this I've started watching a playlist of the best scenes. My eyes are tearing up already. "I believe you." "You do?" "Why wouldn't I believe you? You're here." "I'm here."

John Marnell

Of all the shows here, none is anywhere CLOSE to as great as The Leftovers.

John Marnell

One dark horse option not on the poll that is nevertheless a very good show that only gets better in later seasons is Person of Interest.

Emily Nash

Correct! I did see all three at the movie theatres, I just could remember if there were 2 or 3 lol :) Thank you! Loved them all

Emily Nash

I'll look into it, thank you! :)

Hazlin Aminudin

New to the channel and I'm not sure how often you hear this but I hope you guys will watch Firefly and Dollhouse soon!

Yankee Veg

You are obviously an intelligent person of discerning taste!

I🖤Kraken

Sense8 is such a stunning show.

dys

It’s from the same showrunner as For All Mankind which Kevin watched a while back. And same VFX studio, which was cutting edge for TV at the time and still look good if occasionally slightly aged today.

Jonathan

Veronica Mars is a great show and fits the writing quality of Buffy even if the monsters are more real world.

John Marnell

Carrie Coon on The Leftovers is a legit HOF performance. It's like the Jordan Flu Game for 3 full seasons.

Kt B

I like it a lot, but I’m rooting for Firefly first

Kt B

Ok, since I can relate to this level of nerd-dom, but I haven’t been doing this myself, which show is wrapping up?

Kt B

I’m patiently waiting for Firefly. It’s the most universally celebrated in the Whedonverse, but I’m not expecting it before Buffy ends. Two concurrent slots to Whedon projects is more than generous.

ScarlettMi

Almost no one does Downton and I love it.

JC

I realized I’ve always assumed you watched LOST already but if you haven’t, it holds up well.

JC

Oh if they haven’t seen Firefly that’s my vote for sure.

JC

Given its short episode count (sad Firefly noises) I think it’d be good to shoehorn between projects even before Buffy is finished.

Ashley Thomas

seconding westworld! its so good.

Cristy

Great pick, the Originals too.

Cristy

I would love FNL so much but you're probably right about at least one seeing it. Kyle Chandler is so good, it's in my top 5 shows of all time for sure.

kosmickrab

I've have been waiting for Downton Abbey! The Leftovers after that. And LOST, even though it's not on the list.

Surviving Ragnarok

Downton Abbey would be great. Babylon 5 is one I think they would enjoy as well.

jordanjames

The expanse is a perfect show for you guys

Luis

Now you’ve left me wondering what that episode could be. Badge sticker?

Suzanne Whyte

They just finished Andor last Friday and they’re finishing Fargo next Wednesday. So there should be two new shows soon.

Suzanne Whyte

Also, the poll says how many season each show has but it’s slightly misleading due to the difference in season lengths. Peaky Blinders has 36 episodes, The Expanse has 62, Downtown Abbey is 52 episodes, Six Feet Under is 63 episodes, Mr Robot has 45. The Diplomat is 22 episodes so far but is expecting a new season soon. The Leftovers has 28 episodes, Penny Dreadful is 27 episodes, Oz is 56 and The Good Wife is the longest at 156 episodes.

Cristy

Sense8 is a great choice.

Todd

The Shield would blow your doors off

Suzanne Whyte

i don't think they'll get to Battlestar Galactica any time soon. If anyone is looking for a Battlestar reaction I would recommend Movies With Mary. She's at the beginning of season 3 and is a thoughtful and intelligent reactor.

Suzanne Whyte

I think Kevin said he’d seen The Shield.

Claire Eyles

6ft Under is a great show, that would be my first pick. If you're looking for a contained series I would highly recommend The Haunting of Hill House (10 episodes), Midnight Mass (7 episodes) or the 2015 production of Gallipoli (7 episodes). Not sure if it works outside of Australia, but Gallipoli was made publicly available on Vimeo. https://vimeopro.com/user1783024/gallipoli

Pirin Tablets

I think at this point it's safe to say you enjoy Amy Sherman-Palladino shows, so Bunheads after you finish Gilmore Girls would be great! It's only one 18 episode season, so not a huge undertaking, and there are so many familiar faces from both Gilmore Girls and Mrs Maisel (including Kelly Bishop in a lead role!). In a lot of ways, it feels like the bridge between the two, and even though it doesn't reach quite the same heights, it's still a lovely, funny show in its own right.

"f I could only choose one from the list, it would be The Expanse!" SAME

Obviously there are more tv shows than anyone could watch in their entire life, but I would like to put Pachinko on your radar

Mariska Costeris

Six feet under is one the best shows ever made.

khoma

Also, a creator named Dakara is currently on season 3, highly recommended. I do hope J and K get to it at some point though, I'm sure they would really enjoy it.

Nannette

You’re right. When they finish GG they should continue with another Amy Sherman-Palladino Show (also I’ve been meaning to watch Bunheads, but never did, so them watching would it would help me out too lol)

Gail Hislop

100% The Diplomat!! I’ve been pushing you to do that for ages and I think a lot of your audience would love it if they haven’t seen it or enjoy you watching it! The cast is to die for and the writing impeccable and even though it is a drama there are some very light hilarious moments in it. And YES to The Good Wife, no one does it but it is one of the best legal themed shows ever but with the focus as well of the lead female character coming into her power and rebuilding her life after a major drama in it. Again a cracking cast and great writing that you’d appreciate !

Dang it I wish The Leftovers had more votes

S2E8 International Assassin

Battlestar was going to be my suggestion as well 😉

Suzanne, you’re a treasure!

Cristy

Yes! I love that the OG's are going to be back too.

shan

you should do the good wife because its genuinely one of the best ever written tv shows and i think a procedural, case of the week could be fun. also, i will take any chance to see christine baranski. i'd love the diplomat too but it can be easy to see spoilers and take them in because you know the context whereas good wife is old enough that spoilers wont be around for you.

Carl Wilson

Heard from many reliable sources that The Leftovers is one of the greatest TV series ever, and would love to watch along with you as a way of finally getting around to it.

Cristy

Another great show is Suits (if you haven't seen it already).

Terry Cooper

2 UK series : The Bodyguard , or The Night manager (Hugh Laurie as the ultimate villain)

Six Feet Under is a masterpiece, i hope you guys will still watch it someday.

two pennies no waiting

I think the goodwife is always looked over because it's from a broadcast network and people make assumptions. However this show's writing is fantastic and the Emmy winning cast are superb. I hope this show gets it's overdo love from reactors soon, but being on paramount I'm not holding my breath. Maybe Simone will force it on George someday lol

JENNIFER E

If you watch Six Feet Under or the Diplomat, I am willing to bribe you with a shipment of my famous chocolate chip cookies.

Todd

Veronica Mars! Veronica Mars!

Todd

It has been recommended to me so many times. I really need to take heed one of these days.

Todd

Wow! Somebody reacted to Oz? Would you mind dropping? I'd like to see that. It's a weird series.

Todd

Dude. Line of Duty is so insanely good. In fact, screw waiting for a reactor. You have inspired me to revisit that series again right now.

Kj

The librarians would be a funny one.

Katee Sackhoff "Starbuck" is also reacting with special guests from the show
