This is an amazing episode!

I love the " love is like 28 different things scene" and to me it actually made me sure that Shiv does love Tom. She says Love is like fear, jealousy and revenge and to her that is true because that's the kind of love that Logan shows his kids. It's not healthy at all, but I do believe she loves Tom( like Logan loves his kids but in an extremely fucked up way). I feel bad for Connor too even though he's clearly delusional and idiotic. I think behind the crazy idea of becoming president there's the subconscious thought that he's the most neglected out of all of Logan's kids and he has barely any relationship to him at all, he spent his whole adult life watching Logan have some sort of relationship with all of the us presidents so maybe if he becomes one,he'd talk to his dad too. Like even if he's ambition is not ruling Waystar, like all of his siblings, he just wants it to be acknowledged and loved by his dad.

the thing is that while Kendall is partially responsible for that boy's death, he was never given the tools to learn how to fix his mistakes/take responsibility for his actions. His instinct when he does something wrong is to completely freeze and run away because Logan never taught him that he needed to own up and help, he only knows childish self-preservation. and then of course, he never even gets the opportunity to come out with the info in public because Logan trapped him. he can never atone, his father is keeping him in this prison of guilt. for that reason, i feel bad for him. he's still in the wrong, but you can't help but consider just how deeply traumatized he is. really a doomed-from-the-start type of tragic character.

We all knew Kendall would mess up but I did not expect it to be like that. It gave some Ted Kennedy vibes. I like how the maneuvers on this show are a mix of love/loyalty and preserving an image. Besides addiction, Kendall's major "flaw" in this show is that he is nothing like Logan even though he desperately wants to be like him. Logan takes advantage of this all the time because he knows he can get to Kendall that way. Each manipulation tactic for his kids is catered to their personalities. Even the thing with getting the others to talk to Kendall, Logan knows that even when Kendall is fed up with him Kendall genuinely loves his siblings. He spent his whole life protecting them in his own way. Every episode after this is great by the way, season 1 was definitely an appetizer. Season 2 is my favorite out of the 3 so far but season 3 is a masterpiece in television. You guys have an excellent ride ahead.

Good call on the Ted Kennedy comparison. We really loved the first season but we can definitely tell that the next season is gunna be a crazy ride.

By far the most complex character on the show. It's hard not to have so much empathy for Ken. However, he did murder someone and that is pretty heinous.

Connor cracks me up every time he is on screen, it is a little sad and that is a solid call that he is probably the most neglected. He is also a bit of an outsider having a different mom than the rest of them and being significantly older. I do also believe that Shiv loves Tom, she just goes about it in a very strange way.

I interpreted Kendal going back to the party and dancing with his kids after the crash as him trying to show his face at the party to avoid suspicion. He also introduces himself to Conners friends so that they could place him at the party around the time of the crash so that hopefully he could not be connected to it. Season 2 is the my favorite season. It has a crazy arc that I think really separates itself from everything else on TV. Its a hell of a story. Cant wait to see you guys get into it.

Season 2 is really a masterpiece. Season 4 comes out on March 26th. I don't know if Joe and Kevin can get caught up by then with their schedules but I would be here for it if so.

I know why he did it but it still feels dirty. He obviously is in a great deal of shock but it was a really chilling move.

I half-watched S1-2 with my gf while doing school work on my laptop, so I was SHOCKED to realize it was this dark! Didn’t remember the crash at all. Did remember Shiv, though. She really lived up to her name doing this to Tom.
