To me, this is the Scott's Tots moment with Moira, that accent is so cringey! I love that they are giving Stevie a storyline beyond her relationship with David, and I am excited for what you two think about it as it goes forward. Stevie is such a great character to me, because I feel she subverts the trope of the plucky best friend, because while she is literally that, the show gives her really amazing storylines and emotional arcs, beginning with her romance with David, then David & Jake, and now her unwanted inheritance... I am so excited for you both to watch more and watch Stevie change as much as the Roses are, albeit in her own Stevie way.

I really like that they are introducing a storyline for Stevie, she's a great character and I feel like she doesn't have a lot to do most of the time. Very excited to see where that goes! I agree with you on the Scott's Tots comparison. Very Cringe!!
