The anti-depressant song is one of my most shared-out-of-context songs. Pretty much any time a friend talks about being on meds, or thinks they maybe should be on meds, or feels ashamed for being on meds....Share the song. I also send the fighting song to all of my friends who do things like Brazilian jiu jitsu or Muay Thai.

You were right that Rebecca's song in the morgue is a reprise -- of Josh Groban's "End of the Movie" song from the SwimChan episode. I love both the new songs (special love for West Side Story Fighter Greg's remark "I'm just a singer who 'moves'," because that's just what Skylar Astin is). That was the show's actual choreographer, Kathryn Burns, who came onscreen to coach them. And "Antidepressants" won Emmy awards as a song and for its choreography.

Some of the "Antidepressants" ensemble people are cameo reappearances by characters we've already met: The mover guy who appears once every season (including the pilot, when he moved Rebecca to West Covina and pretended not to speak English); Josh's sister (plus husband and baby); and Ally the grocery clerk whose wedding Valencia planned a year ago. And some of the dancers were in that La La Land opening number, including the one who began both that song and this one.

When I was watching in realtime, this was around when I started coming around to new Greg. Him, Josh, and Nathanial in quarantine is hilarious, and the three of them do a really good job playing off of each other. I don't know if you all have noticed, but they've been dropping easter eggs to earlier songs throughout this season and it happened in this episode when the three guys are in quarantine and Josh says, "he had sex with a bush! A bush! He had sex with a bush!" It's a reference to Gregs Drinking Song in season 2! I also think Rebecca showing up for Paula in the hospital is an understated example showcasing Rebecca's growth, especially with how many times the girl group but especially Paula has shown up for Rebecca in similar situations. I was really proud of Rebecca for putting Paula first and still taking care of herself by attending her therapy sessions, instead of focusing solely on her "lack of dream" and problem with Greg, which is what she would have done in earlier seasons. You both are right at the beginning of this reaction vid, the pay-off this season is great!

Some of the call backs we do miss. The bush incident did sound familiar though lol. I really do like the three of them together, they have great chemistry and they genuinely make me laugh!

My favorite theme song, easily, is season 2.
