Magic: The Gathering's world, called planes, are part of a vast multiverse as varied as it is dangerous. Each plane is distinct from all others, separated by a mystical veil called the Blind Eternities. There are Beings capable of traveling the Blind Eternities, called Planeswalkers, each of whom carries an imprint of the Blind Eternities on their soul. that imprint is called a spark, and for most, it lies dormant their entire lives. A planeswalker's spark will ignite in a moment of extreme emotion: the stress of a near-death experience, the transcendent joy of achieving one's deepest desire, the deep grief derived from the loss of a loved one taken before their time. In that transcendent moment, the barriers between realms fall and Planeswalkers are flung across the multiverse for the first time. the Gatewatch, a group of interplanar heroes, were united by the need to defend planes from extraplanar threats, whether they be other Planeswalkers or eldritch beings.
(This post is to help you navigate the MTG multiverse, I will keep updating this post so you will not miss the latest stuff. We are currently at the Ravnica plane. Each month, I will make 3 Ravnica maps, and one map in another plane.)
Ravnica: (The Ravnica Map collection) Ravnica MegaPost
Ravnica is a worldwide cityscape; an ecumenopolis consisting of a patchwork of grand halls, decrepit slums, and ancient ruins, with layer upon layer of stonework. Law magic and the metaphysics of hierarchy are deeply woven into the very fabric of the plane, enabling cooperating leaders to achieve feats of greatness.
Amonkhet:
Amonkhet is a plane of dichotomy. Beyond the lush river valley spreads an endless scorching desert. Accursed, desiccated mummies roam that desert, while carefully embalmed mummies attend to the needs of the living in the glorious city-state. The people have everything they need. They are protected from the desert heat and wandering mummies by the magical barrier called the Hekma, and they spend their lives in focused training, honing body and mind to perfection. Yet they eagerly anticipate the time when they will be permitted to die in combat and leave this world behind.

Zendikar:
Zendikar is a plane with powerful sources of mana, which flows differently there. Its riches in mana and other wealth have made it a destination for Planeswalkers to explore and exploit. This promise is also enough to lure in various local explorers and adventurers.
Another geographical feature to be noted is the large, floating polyhedron-shaped stones called hedrons that litter the landscape. For a long while, nobody was sure what they were but their gravity-defying existence hinted at the strange properties of gravity and mana on the plane. These ancient, rune-carved monoliths are strewn across Zendikar. Up to ten miles long, some of these stones drift in the sky; others are buried in the ground, some whole, some broken.

Mirrodin/New Phyrexia:
The golem planeswalker, Karn, sought out to create a silver world of mathematical perfection, devoid of any colored mana and named it Argentum. He seeded it with a race of golems and left the golem Memnarch in charge as its steward in his absence.
Driven mad by residual Phyrexian oil, Memnarch sought to become a planeswalker like Karn and began to transform Argentum into a world that could support life so that he might find a spark to harvest. By his hand, Argentum became Mirrodin, slowly populated by abducted races of elves, leonin, humans, vedalken, and goblins. The subtle corruption of the Phyrexian oil created a fungus-like structure known as mycosynth which facilitated the mutation of these inhabitants, leading to the natural integration of metal into all of the plane’s life.
Mirrodin eventually (as all artificial planes do when left alone) balanced its own mana, creating five massive burning sphered of mana known as the ‘Suns’ that circle the plane. As the fifth sun took its place in the sky, events unfolded that led to the death of Memnarch and Karn’s return, and the initiation of the invasion that would transform Mirrodin into New Phyrexia. Prior to its completion, Mirrodin was unique in the multiverse for its metallic-organic life and habitats of razorgrass fields, copper forests, and quicksilver seas.

Faerûn
Faerûn was a major continent on the planet of Toril. The continent included terrain that was as varied as any other. Besides the exterior coastline to the west and south, the most dominant feature on the continent was the Sea of Fallen Stars. This was an irregular inland sea that kept the interior lands fertile, connected the west and east regions of Faerûn, and served as a major trade route for many of the bordering nations

New Capenna
New Capenna is a city of steel and chrome that rises from a plateau of vast emptiness and long-abandoned townships, a testament to the might of its long-forgotten founders. The city is surrounded by a skirt of wires and a shield of diffuse Halo, the very essence of the angels. This barrier that the builders had left behind remains, a last bastion of hope against a great, now-forgotten evil. Outside the city, the plane is desolate and devoid of life.

Innistrad
On the plane of the Innistrad, horrors stalk the shadows and scratch at doors in the night. Humanity is beset on all sides: vampires thirst for human blood, werewolves live for the thrill of the hunt, the restless spirits of the dead haunt the living, and no corpse is safe from reanimation at the hands of cruel necromancers or cunning scientists. Only their grim determination—and their staunch faith in the protection of their patron archangel, Avacyn—has allowed humans to survive in this nightmarish realm.

Ixalan
Deep in the heart of Ixalan’s verdant jungle lies a treasure beyond imagining. Secure in the ancient golden city of Orazca, the Immortal Sun is an artifact of mythic power that promises boundless wealth, the strength of empire, command over nature, and eternal life. For centuries it was only dimly remembered, veiled in legend, but now the legend has become reality, and all the peoples of Ixalan seek the Immortal Sun and the power it promises. They will stop at nothing to claim it for their own.

Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty
Neon Dynasty is set in the current era on Kamigawa, more than 1200 years after the conclusion of the original Kamigawa block in 3326 AR. The plane's feudal past has met futuristic modernity, with ninjas and samurai now carrying a cyberpunk aesthetic.
The Emperor of Kamigawa has been missing for ten years. While the Imperials have to deal with Futurists and Uprisers, the planeswalkers Tamiyo and Kaito Shizuki are confronted by an interplanar danger.

Strixhaven:
Strixhaven is a school of magic located on the Orrithia continent of the plane Arcavios.
The school is the most elite university in the Multiverse. Because of this, there are several planeswalkers who secretly have enrolled as students. Strixhaven features five Colleges, which battle it out with their own takes on magic. Each college is named after an elder dragon who founded it and is associated with two enemy colors.

Theros:
Theros is a plane governed by the gods of Nyx, where heroes face monsters, the sea rages, people offer burnt offerings and adventures take place. It is defined by mankind's struggle against the primal forces of the world, and mankind's conflict with the many other sapient races that populate the world.
