Oh no I can't pick from these two they are both just brilliant - Queen of tears has replaced Crash landing though as the most iconic kdramas of recent times - all dramas from this writer are masterpieces

@anais Mouse is my all time favorite, Taxi driver season 1 and possibly signal. If you are looking for something from 2024 releases only then I would say Pyramid Game and Flex x Cop (if you don't mind little cheesiness in the first two to three episodes)

@Anais Voice, Bad Guys, Mad Dog, He is Psychometric, Vagabond, Tunnel, The Lies Within, Kill It, Lawless Lawyer, Come and Hug Me, One Ordinary Day, The Devil Judge, etc. Some of these are mostly crime shows while others are other genres with elements of crime shows :)

I actually agree. Both shows are decent but I don’t think they will enjoy them as sincerely as we have seen them enjoy romance shows with good plots and mysteries. Queen of Tears is good, but I see Lovely Runner winning, which I struggled to finish. It was cute but the storyline became redundant every single episode in my opinion. You can only react so much when that happens.

Beyond Evil is such an underrated masterpiece. The acting and the plot twists are *chefs kiss* I don’t think Jeff and Tobi would react to it since they prefer newer kdramas but I do hope it’s an exception.

Queen of tears was boring for me, the actors were good but the story wasn't wow. Hope you do the other one, Lovely Runner. QOT wouldn't had that much success if it wasn't on Netflix either, Lovely Runner had it without it and it's a big deal. To be honest, I kinda expected to see Taxi Driver here, I saw many people talking about it, maybe you wanted something more new or light but I'm sure that you will love Taxi Driver. Just saying for the next time.

LOVED lovely runner! QoT was just not it for me - but I ended up finishing it only because I love the female lead lmao. idk if QoT is really one that would be fun to react to also. hope you go with lovely runner! :)

Unfortunately I can't vote since I haven't watch them (it wasn't appealing to me) and I agree with some other comments, I think some kdramas like Itaewon Class, Mr Queen (super funny), The Penthouse, The Good Bad Mother are a must watch and you'll probably like them a lot ! Still, enjoy your next kdrama :)

hmmm difficult choice but i’d choose lovely runner for ya’ll. even tho QoT had top tier actors, the storyline is kinda boring & the eps are long as hell. i feel like if QoT wasn’t on netflix & didn’t have seasoned actors, it wouldn’tve done as well. not sure if it’s fun to react to either. lovely runner’s got the thriller ya’ll like too!! & has a pretty good storyline even tho its corny/cliché sometimes (be warned lmao)

BOTH🥰 nah but I get why people are saying Lovely Runner over QOT because of how long the episodes can be but it’s definitely not a boring show to watch. It was really interesting how the whole show is almost like to after of another kdrama yk. And the sub plot/villain was good imo too. Just for future reference of the next show to watch. Lovely Runner will be lighter than Flower of Evil, has good comedy moments, cliff hangers/plot twists and I love the OST😍 so if it does win I can’t wait to see y’all react to eps 1-3……that’s a hint that I want all 3 at once lmao

Tbh I haven't seen either of these kdramas but I do know about both plots. Personally, the Queen Of Tears seems more interesting with an angsty plot with a hint of comedy.

Chose QOT because I've watched it and genuinely enjoyed it (although I didn't cry as much as others have said they did). The acting, characters, and plots are really well done. I've seen people on here say Lovely Runner is good, so I don't mind catching that with you both too (I watched Twinkling Watermelon for the first time here and it blew me away). One recommendation I'd like to suggest for the future (because you've received so many from others already) is Worst of Evil on Disney+ --- but I remember thinking that Tobi mentioned it one time during a fight scene of another drama, and I wonder if that means you've watched it? I don't know if I heard Tobi right, but it sounded so much like Worst of Evil.

if QOT is not chosen y’all should still watch it anyway. it’s honestly an amazing storyline, wonderful characters, and people who know how to act. angsty with a hint of comedy, i loved every minute of it. Lovely Runner is good too tho.

Queen Of Tears' is definitely not 'light-hearted' Lovely Runner was much lighter in tone but is not worth the hype at all. just because its popular or hyped doesn't mean it's good. I wish they picked Mr.Queen, The Sound Of Your Heart or Welcome To Waikiki All the 3 have a good amount of humour and are light hearted
