BIBI is real artist and storyteller. She's so raw, and brings much-needed freshness and modernity to Korean music. I've seen her live and she's got such a dope personality and tons of charisma. BIBI was a soundcloud artist before being discovered by Yoon Mi-Rae, a mixed Black/Korean hip hop artist. She was signed by Tiger JK (Yoon Mi-Rae's husband) to his Feel Ghood Music label. He is often considered the grandfather of Korean hip-hop. It's possible you've heard her in the US. Her track "The Weekend" got some radio love. I'd love to see you guys react to "The Weekend", "Kazino", "Life Is A Bi...", and "Binu". Not BIBI, but also the Yoon Mi-Rae track "Black Happiness". Which is about growing up half Black in Korea. Always bring my half-korean ass to tears.
