Thinking that this show is about zombies can give you the wrong expectations- cause you assume a zombie apocalypse is gonna start at any moment- and really the show is more of a vampire disease pandemic. And by definition you have to be dead to be a zombie.

So far loving this show! The pacing and character development is spot on. I should have suggested this while you were watching Weak Hero (which I loved), you might want to check out D.P. on Netflix. I already know what you thinking and it ain't that. It's a super raw drama that looks at bullying in Korean society and institutions like the military. It does not disappoint.

It is common for Koreans to give out some Ddok(rice cake) to the neighbors when they move in and it is also 100 million won which you can take 3 zeros out and the ballpark is around 100000$ but to be exact it is 78,500$

Yeah, the remove three zeroes trick is good enough for TV shows. Ballpark it and keep it moving. People were getting on them for not being exact like the foreign exchange market doesn’t shift continuously.

I think it threw them off because the person doing the subtitles used a decimal point and we typically do that for cents. 100.000 vs 100,000 really quick in subtitles. They missed that last zero. It happens.

It’s definitely finally starting now! I love how with this show they use the first two episodes to basically tell most of the back stories and introduce each key character and basically how the zombies form and it’s not just straight into the zombies and chaos

the chair guy was scratched and it was getting worse you could see him getting more pale and he thought working with the reporter could help his family because if he goes into the base he may die and leave his family with nothing but if he does this then the public will know what is going on so they don't try to cover this up and make him disappear. honestly in his place I would do the same because it seems hopeless with this disease and the cover up, if you are going down at least take down everyone and leave some money for your family.
