As a thank you to patrons, I'm asking you to help me decide what mod to create first in the new year! The poll is now because any animated skill takes time, and I always start work on new mods the month before they release.  Thank you to all and happy December!

Hi, first of all I love your mods, they improve my gameplay so much so tysm. Secondly I wanted to make a suggestion. Can we have a cheat to create estates that are already maxed out and can I also suggest different 'estate' types. So the same estate functionality but maybe instead of buying an estate we buy a mine that can be upgraded to mine gold, diamonds rubies gems. Maybe these would have a higher payout than an estate. Or maybe even an information Guild. Idk. 😅
