Edit 19.09.26: Bonus tbits!
-Ivy portrait: referring back to my original description, her face is like that of an uncanny flesh statue carved out of a single piece, except for the eyes. I think the "hair" running over her eyes shows that a bit!
-Shoulderpiece: Her Centepede arm is actually inhabited by the enslaved essence of her father! Part of her quest across the games (gotta admit I skimmed the wiki) is that she wants to get rid of some blood curse put on her by Cervantes, while the latter wants to sacrifice her to ascend or something. Pretty easy 1 to 1: She was a powerful Rogue trader, ambiguously forever absent from her domain on a perpetual hunt for something to rid her of her curse.
Her father, (a corrupted pirate of course) would access daemonhood if he managed to sacrifice her, he eventually cornered her but she managed to turn the ritual on him. She ascended and he became a tool, forever a witness to the irony of his failure! Could easily sprinkle some specific Slaanesh flavour on there too =>
-Another reference to Cervantes' gunblade, the Centipede head hides a cannon!

OP
I am not satisfied!
I don't really have a "pushed sketch" process that I am satisfied with, something that would allow me to pin down my vision without investing too much prep time, so unfortunately I tend to fall into the trap of both attempting to show every part of the design and come up with a compelling composition in one go for the finished piece. I don't think it's bad here overall, but given the hard contrast approach I really can't work in enough detail in some spots that would warrant it, I have to work on that henceforth.
She is, of course, an ascended Slaanesh daemon so there were a few obvious things to build around, the centerpiece being her original armoured arm morphing into a whole-ass centipede arm. Unusual for the setting, but to me the Slaanesh aesthetic is about setting up a contrast between appealing and repulsive elements, like smooth skin blossoming into grotesque arthropod-like pincers as we often see. She still has a demonic version of her snake sword, consistent with her carapaced centipede (arthropod!) arm, she can count on exceptional reach without having to move her body much, I imagine she can also block attacks and projectiles with it.
Both pieces also sprout little tentacles/thin tongue-like appendages writhing about, perhaps with immobilising and very painful properties, as is tradition.
As mentioned above, I couldn't detail her face with this setup, but I intend it to be static and expressionless, all black eyes, pale, her hair fused on her head into a solid piece, like an uncanny flesh statue.
I have rough sketches of her face and two bonus features of the centipede that I will try to polish up and add here, it might also tie things up a bit better thematically in terms of why she might have been corrupted!
