I don’t know what it is, but something about your tone of voice while reading Malus’ lines gives him such a smug know it all attitude. Ironic given he’s always succeeding by the skin of his human leather pants, and knows jack all of any given situation he finds himself in. But unlike the other crabs in his bucket, Malus always manages to find a way out, even when we wish he really wouldn’t.

Thank you. Back when I started doing this series, my first goal in doing the Malus voice, was to make him sound arrogant mixed with cruel and smug. The voice has become a bit of an archetype in my repertoire since.
