Ability to print money and go without eat & sleep.

Ability to change the amount of weed you have.

The ability to toggle between having the prison guard protection or not (if the box says "Yes" it means you currently have their protection and vice versa).

Is there a way to edit the save file, would like to tweak the charecter points and things like that to skip over some parts.

I don't really know about save editing. My game is also very open-sourced so I'm not also discouraging you from learning and doing so. However, please be aware that the game may not function properly if you interfere with the variables without progressing through in-game interactions.
