It does kinda make sense that Becky would go for the money. After all, Crow is an engineering genius with a knack for explosives, so he’s probably already disarmed his bomb. And the ship is massive, one explosion going off in it could probably be handled just by having the minions drain the fuel or something.

All three are important for her. Money - this will save time and won't upset the boss (so, more free time for them); Ship - building new needs time and money (again, it's about time for them) and will upset Crow; Crow - he is her love interest.
