Seeing as Mack isn't technically alive right now, I'm wondering if these even count as him losing lives. After all, he has to push the button to respawn, and use a life up, right? What's happening when he dies here? Is he just reappearing in Sword's pocket dimension, or does he have to press a seperate continue button to re-enter Sword's dimension, to make a dash for the other continue button?
