I'm a little confused by what happens on this page. Are the minions attacked by something or is it just that they're "shining" ? Shouldn't the two first panels be exchanged so that Molotov talk about the minions only after we've seen them ? The order of the panels seems sometimes chaotic, and sometimes reading them from right to left makes more sense.

The page is read left to right. The minions just detonated a bomb to get through the wall. There should have been a little KaBoom there to make more sense to some. Remember last page they where in the tunnel. They made a dramatic entrance.

"Don't think about them" Isn't referring to the Minions, it's referring to Crow's siblings. Crow was wondering about his siblings being evil again, and working with him. Molotov is telling him "Don't think of the Buzzardlings, think about you and I." She was as surprised by the minions blowing the wall down as Crow was. The giant explosion is just them blowing the wall down to get in.
