Mack is using his brain here. Sure, Foxglove did go outside the villain playbook, but Virtue and Malice are untrustworthy completely and Justice could be trustworthy, but too much a slave to the system to be a capable ally.

I really like this page. Mack doubting the system feels honest. Right now it has screwed over Crow and caused a lot of issues. I'm hoping in the future, Mack, Mayapple and Crow will eventually say "enough" and decide to work together to overthrow it.
