I did a lot of research, and then stood no chance of keeping it short and neat. Possibly too much research.

As I post this, the video is still 'processing'. It is long, and YouTube is checking harder and harder for signs of forbidden words and the like.

Still, once it is viewable, you'll find it long and rambling, if you like that sort of thing.

Pain - why we feel it, and what can be done

A fifth of the world lives in chronic pain. You may think that you feel pain according to how injured you are. If so, you are wrong. You may feel that emotional and physical pain are two totally different things. If so, you are wrong. You may feel that modern medicine can control pain with drugs. If so, you are wrong. You may feel that there is nothing you can do to help with your pain. If so, you are wrong. The science of pain has come a long way in the last fifteen years. With modern scanners, we can now see pain in action in the brain, and with modern genetics, we can see the genes responsible for some extraordinary quirks. Your ability to record your videos one take is impressive. BUT Having to read text on a screen makes it hard to enjoy your videos during a commute.

When I read this I thought "good od Lindy video". Then I checked the length on YouTube. "Wow! Double the good old Lindy."
