Just back from Tewkesbury, and I have to thank you all again for this armour.  As you can see, it is ever-so shiny.

The rain was torrential, but fortunately not during the battle.  Right now, the armour is back home and drying out.  My back, which has been hurting for a while, did not seem to mind the extra strain.

How many of the “didn’t get it finished last time” items did you get done?…and is there another video?

I've improved the gauntlets, and added the besegews, and lined the helmet, and reinforced the hose, and had the plackart repaired, and improved the lacing to the pauldrons. I didn't take the plume because it was so difficult to transport safely (plumes are for car owners). I still have to do the mail for the elbows and armpits. I've no plan for a video in the near future on just these things, but I should do one on donning the armour, and I can mention them then.

Thank you. A “putting on armour” video would be very interesting…and “on the challenges of finding a good squire”

Keep an eye on that fellow behind you in the dark armor. He looks shifty
