New Cactus Lady OC WIP (Patreon)

She was wandering the desert and struck a deal with an old spirit in a statue that they'd keep her alive if they undertook the role of a wandering Oasis. So now she walks around the desert finding travelers and sprouting cacti and water with her powers to hydrate people in need. Story is planned to get super dark as it goes on though.. so I made her charming and happy-go-lucky to contrast that.
