I start by showing my soft belly close-up. Then I sit down at the table in cozy clothes and quietly eat as much cereal with milk as I possibly can – spoonful after spoonful, non-stop, until I’m completely full. You hear every bite, every crunch, every swallow in detail. When the bowl is empty and I can’t eat any more, I stand up and show my belly again – visibly fuller and slightly bloated compared to the beginning.
