Probably "Crewfolk", or rather "generic crew without a specialty". That's how things tend to work in the military. I know the Navy and Airforce lock-in specialties very fast (not a lot of need for fox hole digging soldiers when everyone has a very specific job to do on base/ship), but they may have a contingent of 'grunties' who are low enough rank they'd class as "spacemen first, second, third, fourth, etc class" rather than "Junior Ensign Engineering" (in the Navy they are Seamen and they do whatever grunt work is necessary, swab the deck, carry things, work in the kitchen, any where a non-specialist set of hands can help, there is a Seamen). Have we seen the pilot, navigator, communications, etc? Are they "command crew" like in Star Trek (which I always considered a terrible designation), or are they generic swabbies? Also there are Civies on ship, so there may a whole department whose job is to interface with the civies and see to their needs away from any military operations.
