Considering how many curses there are in the Swords universe...

David Lucardie

And the ogre ate 1000 cursed swords...

Kevin Tangney

I love it that a sword-breaking-knife is a real-world thing!

Marcus

Both?

Alexander

everything in that world is swords, so a swordbreaker would be unbeatable

Aiyana MacLaughlin

Yeah a sword breaking sword in the long run , but I voted for the curse breaker because of the orge 🧑‍🦳🍷.

Dwain DeMaris

Curse breaking dagger just seems to fit the Choplet vibe so much more. Actual chopping without the catching and twisting. Keep it simple, keep is choppy

Gen Giggles

I agree with the webtoon votes most. Both is good.

PhlubbaDubba

I feel like a sword breaking knife would be the better fit for the little guy, sword sized for him and actively punishes enemies that come at him with sword sized swords

David Atkinson

In the RW, sword-breakers (knives and swords) were difficult to use and definitely not reliable enough. The best you could hope for is to catch and control an enemy’s sword for a moment while you counterattacked with your own sword. Many swords evolved to include sword catching features, so it must have worked well enough for that purpose. I vote for curse breaking. In real world indigenous groups in east asis, metals such as copper were believed to have “spell bleaching” qualities and were incorporated into decorative elements.

anvraptor

I vote the third option. Both.

Rex

to all the people saying both the site comic rules out dual wielding

Unmatched Bracket

If dual wielding isn't an option, Choplet could stick/tie/weld the hilts together to create an epic double-bladed dagger of disarming!
