This Patreon doesn't deliver the templates on time, forcing subscribers to maintain their subscriptions for many months to receive them. I was subscribed the month this one was promised and it wasn't sent. I sent a direct message and was ignored. I don't recommend it.

Hey Guilherme! šŸ‘‹ We receive dozens of messages every day across different platforms, and even though weā€™d love to reply to everyone within minutes, thatā€™s just not possible. Weā€™re a small team with no dedicated 24/7 support, so sometimes it takes a bit longer for us to get back to everyone. We also explain in the tier description and the ā€œAboutā€ section that we donā€™t follow a fixed monthly deadline like some other Patreons, and thatā€™s why your subscription doesnā€™t renew on the 1st of each month but one month after the day you subscribed. We always send the models as soon as possible, and we guarantee delivery to everyone who supported during that month, even if theyā€™re no longer subscribed on the release day. In this case, the Seiko and Kikoru models were released yesterday, so we simply havenā€™t had time yet to prepare and separate the list of former members to send everything out. Weā€™re definitely not ignoring you, we just have a support queue to go through. Iā€™ll send you your links in a moment, just like Iā€™m doing for all the other former members.
