So here the translation is wrong. Jun Seong didn't call Seongho is belonging, it was more : "I don't like people touching the man I like". It's a small difference but I think it's still important.

What I understood from their conversation in the kitchen is that Seongwoo is not completely into Seongho while Jun Seong only like him, so it bothered Jun Seong to see him indecisive. That's why he says just after that he won't change his mind about Seongho being the one and more than just a simple crush. It's sort of an attack to Seongwoo who he keeps changing his mind.
