I followed the filament guide to paint the eye spheres, but the color doesn't change and they don't appear when I slice the print.

Hiii!! If you’ve manually painted the eyes it will make the eye shine modifiers disappear! with the fill tool hold shift and click on the eyes to remove any painted on color, then you can change the eye color from the object list instead of painting them. if this doesn’t help it would be easier to troubleshoot on discord if you have it 🥰
