Hii!!

I am happy to release this little friend to you today! this release includes the pterodactyl flexi, keychain version, and 4 different 3MF versions.

Tested down to 60%, you might notice that the head is a little stiff off the plate at that scale, a gentle tug will release it
Keychains tested down to 80%
the smallest pteros in the pictures are 60% the larges yellow one is 150%

Please make sure that when you are editing the 3MFs that you are NOT painting the eyes and the beak with the paint tool. They are split to parts and painting them will create uneven paint lines. Instead please assign color to them from object list located in the left side panel

If you wish to have only one eye shine dot instead of two, head into painting mode (bambu slicer), using the fill tool with any color selected, hold shift while clicking on the second eye shine dot, it should disappear.

You will notice that on the 3MF files the pteros are scaled to 93%, this is because that's the scale that allows them to fit into the dino eggs. The .STL versions are already scaled correctly so no need to scale those. The egg and the pteros will need to be scaled at 1:1 ration. For a 80% egg you will need 73% ptero.

The egg is located in the exclusives. Follow the link in the download post, it will be in the articulated folder under "dino egg"

⭐As with all of my designs, I strongly advise that the printed models are not to be handled by children under 3 without proper supervision⭐

All we need now is a “Littlefoot!!!!!” Please tell me a Littlefoot is in the works! I need a whole set!! 🤣🤣

Leah Ditch

How did u get it to flush into just the wings? Atleast that's what it looks like

Christine

Hii!! If you’re looking for the ptero flexi it’s in the download post at the bottom. The dino egg is the one that is in the articulated folder 🥰

D Albu

Got it thank you

Julie Pehotsky

that actually popped into my head too... if you split it into parts but didn't move anything, it.... in theory... would print still "Together" but in that case you could select each "part" and choose to flush? Do you think that'd work?

ChimneyCreek

Do any of your prints have the option to do the eyes separate and glue them in? My son painted the lobster eyes today for a friend of his little brother and they are so adorable. I am going to paint the eyes on a couple little yetis I printed our youngest two today. I don't sell so printing an entire bed using .3mf doesn't work as well. I thought I would see if any already have the eyes separate or if I just need to get better at hand painting. Thanks!

Christine

hii!! The salamander/dramander, frog flexi, and the worm flexi have their eyes separated

Christine

It wouldn’t flush unless it’s split to objects not parts. unfortunately when splitting to objects the eyes drops to the build plate, and any overlapping objects print right into each other so it wouldn’t work the way the slicer is now which is unfortunate

Paul G

Insanely cute and thank you for all the variations!

Jeneanne Mccaskey

Got land before time on my brain now.....all we need is Ducky....Spike and Littlefoot to have the whole gang. I absolutely love these dinos!

I downloaded all the files and checked the egg in your picture, but there is no model file for the egg in your picture.

Christine

Liz Banks

so cute! you always have gorgeous color combos too!!

Apryl Schescke

I LOVE THIS but i am using the marble white and a deeper blue for the dots and not matter what the blue is bleeding into the egg. i see you used a similar white in this egg, did you have any issues with this?

Christine

Hii!! I didn’t, but you can send me pictures of what it looks like and I can see if i can help! You can send it on instagram, facebook or discord if you joined!

Josh Mohr

keep up these dinosaurs! We are loving the collection!

Mark

Would you be able to add the links on the filament used?

Paloma Topete

hello!! what file is the pterodactyl flexi in I can't seem to be able to find it to download!

Christine

Hii!! Follow the download post link above, or head into the download post which is pinned to the top of the feed on the home page, once you open the download post scroll down and and you’ll see the download link under feburary released 🥰

Christine

Hii!! I’m located in canada and buy my filament from amazon . ca, which is why I don’t share links in my posts

Paloma Topete

Sorry one more question would I have to make the egg bigger in order for the pterodactyl to fit?

Christine

Nope! printing it as scaled will ensure that it will fit! the dino’s are 1:1 scale with the egg 🥰

nicole winters

I love this file! is there anyway to maybe design the egg to have the spots printed separately and glued on for optimized print time?

RATED 3D

We searched everywhere for the file and are unable to find it still. We checked the link and the folders.
