I realized that I should also make a Clover masterpost/introduction for here! I'm still figuring out how I want to keep lore things organized on here, but this is a more collected version of things about Clover and Halsin that I haven't posted here yet. It lives in the newly-created Baldurs Gate 3 Lore collection.

In addition to other lore posts I'll keep this updated with the important ones-- I'm still keeping secrets for story reveals, though.

> A stupid hope that he would live so long and she would give him every stupid hope she could. MY HEART

I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU WEREN'T GOOD AT WRITING?? CAUSE THAT'S A LIE

Silverrabbitart

Moar. I love these two babies Id read a whole damn book about them

tendermiasma

I cry when I think about his mom, I can't wait til I have time to tell you about her

rits

> the boy who smelled of rosehips FUCK MEEEEEEEEEEEEE I spent the evening reading and crying over them and thought about them a bit too hard and couldn't sleep, thank you for the splendid meal ✨ Side question: if you had max approval with every companion, does that mean he let Astarion bite him? And how did it go lore-wise?

rits

I honestly can't wait to hear about her

Rayne Stringfellow

I am here again to tell you: You absolutely have a talent for writing!! And I'm finishing my actual writing degree, so I know what I'm talking about 😘

tendermiasma

That means a lot to hear, thank you! 🩷 I'm so happy knowing I'm able to get across what I need to. Improving at maybe a slower pace than art but still improving!

tendermiasma

Thank you so much!! I loved writing those poems. Thank you for enjoying them, it gives me life Uh I rarely deviate from roleplay but I literally just wanted Astarion to bite him because I'm nosy lmfao It tickles me though, Clover is such a wet blanket at him and yet Astarion is still max approval

rits

Extremely valid

Chey (KorsetKitten)

I can see it, honestly. It depends on how its written. I have a Tav that is with Halsin and he settled down with her because he loved her (lorewise it was revealed that they were fated pair). She was also human and wouldn't live as long as he would so, out of respect for her and their relationship, he settled down with her and didn't sleep around.

Chey (KorsetKitten)

THAT DOES IT!! Clover is going to be in my story! I have a FF I'm working on where my female Death Knight from WoW got taken into Faerun and journeys with the group to get home. Everyone has a ship but I couldn’t decide on Halsin's. WELL! NOW I DO BECAUSE I SHIP THEM!!!
