Got an email this morning that Episode 2 was partially blocked on YT (yep, even fully blurred videos get blocked sometimes), so here's the full length reaction uploaded directly to Patreon if it's blocked for you! Enjoy!

Happy Thursday, Addie. As of this writing, the full-length reaction to this episode isn't blocked for me at all.

Yeah, not sure if you in contact with other reactors but as somebody apart of other channels, this happens there too sometimes with even full uncut blurred videos getting blocked occationally. So what ive seen some do, is misspell the title of the uncut so badly that it minimizes that happening and it seems to work, or just name the uncut on youtube something else entirely.

Came up blocked in my county so thout it was just a UK thing. Downloaded from youtube before so lucky. 😀

Great show so far! What's really infuriating to watch (as evidenced by Addie shouting at the screen multiple times!) is how much pure bureaucratic incompetence in the first hours after the explosion thoroughly exacerbated the outcome. Imagine how much different this would have been had the people in charge actually acknowledged what people were telling them had happened from the start. The area around Chernobyl would still be uninhabitable, but at least they could have evacuated people much sooner and had that much more time to plan out their response. On a interesting tangent, as ominously predicted in the hotel scene this episode, Deputy Chairman Boris Scherbina did in fact die four years after the Chernobyl incident. It's suspected he succumbed to cancer due to his exposure at Chernobyl but per a decree he signed two years after the incident doctors were prevented from citing radiation as a cause of death so it's not certain.
