Hope kingdom is up next!

Happy War Wednesday, Addie. You've finally made it through Caesar's journey through the Planet of the Apes. I did see this movie in 3D, when it first came out in theaters and I enjoyed it. See you soon for Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes (2024).

Yall, Addie needs a comedy or a drama poll after this to break the ice. This was such a great journey to witness with you Addie. This is why i subscribe right here. Your intuition and empathy shows us not only are you a great movie reactor, but a good person at heart. Stay awesome ❤️🍻

Happy Wednesday, Addie! 😊 This is such a great film! Woody Harrelson does a great job in this one. And I love the addition of Steve Zahn as Bad Ape. Really excited for the conclusion to your 'Planet of the Apes' reactions with "Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes" soon. Definitely looking forward to watching this reaction later this evening with at least a half a box of tissues on hand. Have a great day today! 😊

Yes, I find it a bit annoying that most of the movies Addie has reacted to lately have been action-oriented (be they action thrillers, sci-fi action, or any other subgenre). I know it's arguably the most mass-appeal of genres, but more changes of scenery would be nice (especially given that her M:I and POTA [apart from the original] reactions haven't been performing all that well on YT). I know it's difficult for some genres, since Addie is only willing to subject herself to horror movies in October, and also because comedy is an incredibly subjective genre (I personally hate most 21st century mainstream comedy), so that leaves pure drama as the most monotony-breaking option -- and also the genre (outside of horror) for Addie to most likely step out of her comfort zone.

I had a thought. What if the last Apes movie ends like thr first original planet of the apes. A remake of the first movie that reaches back to that point.

I like how Addie has watched mostly action movies, however, she needs a fun movie to cleanse her pallette, given how hard this movie wrecked her. In fact, I'd rather have her do either a comedy poll (with more goofy, raunchy, silly or stoner comedies) or an animated movie poll (with animated movies that she hasn't seen yet) because she needs a fun movie afterwards.

Speaking of Steve Zahn, I also suggest Crimson Tide (1995), Joy Ride (2001, for Halloween) and Sahara (2005). #MoreSteveZahnForAddieCounts

AJ Lynch

another underrated comedy of his is Strange Wilderness

Caesar lead his apes to the promise land, but couldn't enter himself.
