Here's the full length reaction to Clue! I had so much fun watching this movie! Everyone was incredible in their roles. I knew that Christopher Lloyd was in this, but I still DID NOT RECOGNIZE HIM AT ALL. It's crazy that this movie came out the same year as Back to the Future because he looks SO DIFFERENT in those roles. Enjoy!

Happy Monday, Addie. I'm so glad that you enjoyed Clue (1985). Now I wanna watch this one.

Happy Monday, Addie! I hope that you had a great weekend. 😊 I'm so excited for this one. This is one of my all-time favorite, go-to, feel good movies. The whole cast is fantastic in this. For more Tim Curry, for Halloween season coming up next month I VERY HIGHLY recommend the 2-part 1990 mini series "IT". I'm definitely looking forward to watching this reaction later during the day. Have a great day today! 😊

With your intro, "The second that I see, like one weird glance, one weird look I just automatically think they're the murderer" this made me automatically think of the first episode of Firefly and how suspicious you were about Simon. On one of my playlists I have both, "Sh-boom Sh-boom and Shake, Rattle, and Roll" together and it always makes me think of Clue I never saw this in the theater but when I rented it, I got to see all the endings. When it was released in the theaters they used different endings in different locations so it never matched up.

Addie have you ever played the board game "Clue"?

Kyle Brandon Sanger

This shouldn't have worked... but it did. During the '70s there was a slew of Who Done It murder mysteries, and 'Clue' could've of seemed like an "I've already seen it all before", but it was fresh and funny. I forgot that this film was produced and written by John Landis and Debra Hill of "Halloween" fame also served as a producer. The standout from the talented cast is Lesley Ann Warren as Miss Scarlett. Believe it or not, I heard that the first actor approached to play Wadsworth was Rowan Atkinson but he was an unknown and Tim Curry was cast instead likely from his jumpstart career due to ' The Rocky Horror Picture Show'. Addie, which ending makes the more sense to you?

I remember when this came out the fact that different theaters showed different endings was a big hook. 😊 So I'll put this at number 2 on the list of Films Based on Board Games: 1 - Dungeons and Dragons Honor Among Thieves 2 - Clue 3 - Jumanji (the original) 4 - Battleship 5 - Ouija P.S. Jumanji Welcome to the Jungle is terrific, it's not on the list though since it's actually centered around a "video game" more than board games. P.P.S. Margot Robie's production company is apparently working on a Monopoly movie starring Kevin Hart. So we'll see how that goes. 🤷‍♂️

Enjoyed watching this again. If you're interested in more Tim Curry, Oscar is a great comedy/gangster type movie with some other BIG stars.

Watching this again after hearing the sad news about Tim Curry (RIP 😞)
