Here's the full length reaction to 28 Days Later! Wow, this movie is horrifying (and I'm not even talking about the infected!). At first I thought the infected were the scariest part of the movie... I was wrong! I'm glad I finally watched this one, and it really has such a great cast! Enjoy!

Also, I've been posting Andor over here on Mondays the last couple of weeks, but Andor will be out on Wednesday this week!

Happy Monday, Addie! I hope that you had a great weekend. 😊 I have yet to see this one. So, this'll be a first time watch for me as well. Looking forward to watching this reaction later this evening. Maybe when it's still light outside. LOL! Have a great day today! 😊

Let's give Addie a round of applause for surviving 28 Days Later (2002)! 👏👏 Happy Monday. I'm so glad that you watched this movie because I'm glad that I did, in preparation for 28 Years Later (2025), which I saw in Dolby Cinema with my girlfriend. I own this movie on DVD in both Widescreen (1.85:1) & Full Screen (1.33:1) formats, with the latter version in open matte. BTW, the Columbia Pictures 100 logo appears at the start because of Sony now owning the rights to most of the movies in the 28 Days franchise since 2024 as well as the aforementioned studio's centennial celebration that year, which I also own TWO T-shirts and a hoodie of. And the primary camera used to shoot this movie is the Canon XL1, which is also the prop camera that Freddie Benson (Nathan Kress) operates in iCarly (2007-2012).

Andor my beloved 😭

Ngl I was looking forward to some more Andor today. But that’s cool. I applaud you Addie for being brave and watching horror movies not in October I’m sure you get inundated with horror fan requests all the time. So hopefully, this will expand your YouTube and Patreon base Personally, I’m like you. Horror is definitely not my favorite genre. Although I have seen this one. It was a long time ago though. Other than knowing the plot, I don’t remember what happened

Oh, Addie. Is this gonna be one of those ones where you're watching between your fingers? Fine, twist my arm. This will be entertaining. What do they call this? Fingerflage.

Addie, so glad you weren't too freaked out by the movie! Atta girl! 😃👍🏻 28 Weeks Later is pretty good, haven't seen the new one yet, though. I'm glad we didn't put Baby Addie in a scary corner! ✨️💖✨️

Addie, I hope this is the first of many zombie type movies you watch with us!

Julian San

Ok, but will you ever be courageous enough to watch 28 SNAKES Later??? Hmm? 🤔

Hi Addie, happy Monday! Please consider watching a Korean movie called "Train to Busan." I know you'll love it; it has very endearing characters. Another movie I'd like to see your reaction to is "Society of the Snow." Greetings from Mexico! =)

28 Years Later is a masterpiece so please watch it! :-)

Just gonna say if you can make it through this you can make it through Stir of Echoes. And Game of Thrones for that matter. There, I’ve said my piece. Great reaction as always of course.

One thing I love about this movie is how it starts - the news footage that is being shown to the chimps sets the mood. Really no matter how gruesome the mindless infected get, their brutality doesn't quite compare the intentional brutality of normal men. My opinion, 28 Days is the best of them. 28 Weeks is good with a great cast. IMO, Danny Boyle should've stopped there. Rather than continue with this series, I'd recommend you watch Boyle's best film (IMO): Trainspotting.

In a world… where you thought surviving 28 Days Later was enough… …now you have to see it through to the end. First came the chaos. Because apparently 28 days wasn’t dramatic enough. This time, we’re diving into 28 Weeks Later, deeper into the aftermath, and yes, it brings movie stars Jeremy Renner and Rose Byrne into the apocalypse. That’s right. Prestige acting meets full speed, cardio champion infected chaos. The stakes? Higher. The world? Wilder. Your commentary? Absolutely unhinged (in the best way). And just when you think you’ve emotionally processed things… Enter 28 Years Later and 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple. The titles alone sound like something you whisper dramatically while lightning flashes behind you. Bone. Temple. What does it mean? Who built it? Why do we already feel unsafe? You’ve come this far. You can’t just stop at 28 days. That’s rookie numbers. We escalate in this house. This isn’t just a watch suggestion. It’s a full cinematic infection arc. Press play. We’ll bring snacks. And possibly emotional support. 🧟‍♂️🍿

Nice, 28 Days Later is my favorite dramatic zombie movie (with my favorite comedic one being Shaun of the Dead), it's really a masterclass in using combinations of sound and silence to build tension. 😊 On a tangent the theme that starts out quietly and ramps up at the end in the big scene in the mansion, called In the House in a Heartbeat, was also used in Kick-Ass in the scene when Big Daddy burns down the warehouse. It's just a great theme for scenes that escalate quickly I suppose. 😄 Personally I haven't seen the sequels yet, but I do know they've gotten pretty decent reviews. 28 Weeks Later is 73% on Rotten Tomatoes which isn't bad, and 28 Years Later is a very respectable 88%! The newest one, The Bone Temple, is 81% as well, so they've all gotten good receptions, which is kind of cool since horror movie sequels more often than not go downhill from the original. P.S. Some other horror movie sequels that are as good or better than the original include Aliens (Alien), Army of Darkness (Evil Dead), 10 Cloverfield Lane (Cloverfield), Smile 2 (Smile), and Final Destination: Bloodlines (Final Destination).
