Ask a question, any question! This month's Q&A will be posted at the end of the month because I am traveling a good bit this month! I try to answer as many questions as I can, but please note that I may not answer every question.

Frequently Asked Questions:

“Have you watched _____?”

Check out my Letterboxd account below to see the full list of every movie I’ve watched! This includes movies I watched on the channel and movies I’ve watched in my own time. If you recommend a movie in the comments on this post, I’ll take note of it, but I may not address it in the Q&A.

“Do you have a P.O. Box?”

I do not!

“Do you play video games?”

I don’t play video games often, but I enjoy cozy games like Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing, and Dreamlight Valley. :)

“Have you considered starting a gaming channel or a channel specifically for shows?”

Not at this time! I edit my videos, so I don’t have any extra time for a second channel.

“Have you considered starting a music reaction channel?”

Music is the fastest way to get a copyright claim on YouTube, so I’m not interested in making a channel for music reactions. That seems like a lot of editing work just for every video to get a copyright claim!

“Why are you afraid of snakes?”

I’m honestly not sure! I’ve been afraid of them for as long as I can remember.

Will you react to this year's Best Picture Oscar-winning movie One Battle After Another (2025)? Which upcoming movie that comes out on December 18th are you most excited to see, Avengers: Doomsday or Dune: Part Three? Since you mentioned in past videos about having anxiety in life, were you ever diagnosed with any neurodivergent condition or do you function normally in typical social settings?

Franco V.

Have you considered accepting horror movies on the wheel? (just movies you think you can handle)

Lanny Stanfield

Would you consider doing a reaction to hate comments like you did with another channel a while back?

The Dude Abides

Would you rather have a pause button for your life or a rewind button? Would you rather be a Broadway star or a movie star?

The Dude Abides

Cinebinge does those and they’re hilarious

The Dude Abides

Do you have any thoughts or opinions about channels that compile different reactors’ content (yours included) and make their own videos with it? Some people say it’s stealing content while others think it helps more people find different channels

Dallas

I have a movie recommendation. The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

Billy Dancel

Did you ever see the Stranger Things: Tales From ‘85 teaser trailer? Did you and OLL-E have fun being a part of The Poppies (again)? What do you think about the Firefly animation announcement?

John A

Don't have a question, just thought it was cool seeing you pop up on the Poppies this year lol

Franco V.

The Dune 3 trailer was released. Could it be the next trailer you react to?

Adrian Duenas

If you could travel to any place in the world, where would you go and what would you do?

W_DBadBoy17

Who is your favorite antihero(s)?

Doug

Hi Addie, as usual I thought it would be fun to post an informal movie poll list you can use or not and Hitman/Assassin films looked like a fun genre. 😊 You've already seen some really good ones (e.g. Kill Bill, The Bourne Identity) so here are a few it looks like you haven't watched yet: - The Manchurian Candidate (1962) - Get Carter (1971) - Day of the Jackal (1973) (Note: there's a remake too, it's not quite as good though) - The Killer (1989) - La Femme Nikita (1990) - The Professional (1994) - Grosse Pointe Blank (1997) - Road to Perdition (2002) - Collateral (2004) - In Bruges (2008) - The Irishman (2019)

Abraham Blea

What movie has left you the most mad and angry at the end? (Not including movies that we just disappointing due to bad story telling.)

Jasbro

Dont know if this has been asked before, but i've always been curious are there any movies/shows that you keep just for you to watch and not save them for the channel?.

Doug

I'm not sure how she'll answer, but (without spoiling it) I remember Addie getting pretty upset at the ending of Watchmen. 😊

ItzE99

Have you ever been in a fist fight?

Doug

Just generally speaking, how does the job of being a reactor compare for you now to a few years ago? Any interesting changes or differences in the tech or viewership or the process it takes getting a video published? Or things you might be considering doing now that you probably wouldn't have thought of back when you started?

Franco V.

I saw that too. It was fun to see her again there

Steve SG-1

Will you be continuing any open ended franchises like: Lethal Weapon Karate Kid Rambo Beverly Hills Cop Jack Ryan Kick-Ass Kingsman

Franco V.

I'd love to see her continue with more Jack Ryan movies

Alex Tan

At least watch both The Day of the Jackal (1973) & The Jackal (1997) and form your own opinion.

Doug

Maybe, but if you only watch one I would definitely go with the 1973 one, the remake is skippable. (And for what it's worth Rotten Tomatoes agrees with me, it has The Day of the Jackal (1973) at 85% and The Jackal (1997) at 24%. )

Blind Entertainment

If it hast come out yet what is your most anticipated movie(s) of 2026? Also would you watch the animated show Avatar the Last Airbender as a potential tv show reaction in the future?

Chris Capitano

I recommend Batman the long Halloween & Batman Under The Red Hood. They’re animated but really good

Alex Tan

I could care a lot less about RT scores these days. Looks like my enjoyment of The Jackal (1997) could be an unpopular opinion.

Doug

I’d even go Batman the Dark Night Returns first, then those two, for the animated Batman films.

Doug

To be fair, I liked it more than 24%, it was probably 5/10 for me? 🤷‍♂️ Generally speaking I tend to align mostly with Rotten Tomatoes ratings give or take, but that’s just me. (There are exceptions, like I didn’t care for Mad God which has a 92% rating, and I liked Enemy at the Gates which is only 53%, but it feels like more often than not I’m in rough agreement with RT scores.)

The Dude Abides

Would you ever watch the Jackass movies?

Scott

Do your family members (especially the older ones) understand what you do? My grandparents thought the internet was equal parts magic and scam so I don't know how I'd explain it to them. 🤣

StonedTrunks

What do you think would be the most convenient superpower to have?

jamesthevampyr

Hey Addie. You know your standard intro and outro. "But dont forget to like this video and subscribe and to check out my patreon." "dont forget to like this video and subscribe and i will see you next time." They're so similar it tricks my brain sometimes. Do you ever mix up the words? Or are you just super skilled at it now.

JAKH

R.I.P. Chuck Norris age 86

Thomas Wetherell

I know you said in a previous Q&A you probably wouldn’t watch Good Boy (the movie starring a dog) because it’s a horror, I was just wondering if maybe you’d changed your mind since you’re doing one horror a month for now or maybe putting it on an October poll when the time comes. If not, no worries, just curious.

Doug

Good Boy was my favorite horror movie from last year, even over Weapons. It's definitely on my short list of recommendations for Addie for October. 👍
