Oh wow! I’m shocked you never saw 10 Things I Hate About You until recently! It’s absolutely right up your alley but hey, I’m a 43 year-old male combat veteran and I’ll sit down and watch that movie any time. Such a great movie. I was in high school when that movie came out so it has a special kind of nostalgia for me along with all the late 90’s high school movies especially Can’t Hardly Wait and Varsity Blues. My sister introduced it to her daughters and they adore that movie. It’s definitely one that needs to be shared with future generations. And I would be so distracted if the people right in front of me in a movie theater were sucking face the entire time so I’m with you there, that is a shitty experience.

Since Addie started with show and tell, I have a teeny tiny green duck on my desk at work. His name is Chicken bc my friend gave him to me and she calls all birds and cats chickens. Don’t ask why lol

Hey, I wouldn't be mad if you did a 2nd Time Watch for "10 Things I Hate About You." That's probably my favorite 90s teen rom-com. Also "Clueless" and "Can't Hardly Wait."

Community chat on other reactor's page are mostly just memes and gifs and what not, and people requesting movies. Diegesis has a chat just for people to post pictures of their pets.

A rewatch of " 10 Things I Hate About You" and other movies/shows you’ve watched in your own would be fun, but do commentary instead of reactions. Also a community chat would be fun, but I think a discord server would be better. Both allow you to make moderators to help you keep watch over community members posts.

Regarding the question about movie musicals, Addie, two quick suggestions that seem up your alley based on other things from the channel. : - Mel Brook's The Producers (1967) starring Gene Wilder and Zero Mostel. (I'm not sure if you've seen the live Broadway musical version but it's also excellent. 😊) - The Muppet Movie (1979). (You've watch other Muppet films, but it looks like you've missed the original that got their film franchise going. It's just a fun family film with some pretty good music. 👍) P.S. It's too bad movie musicals are probably really tough to edit for the channel, there's quite a few decent ones out there. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Thanks for answering my questions! My favorite movie musical is currently The Sound of Music, although I grew up with Grease on VHS so that holds a special place in my heart. I tend to read a lot in the first half of the year but slow down the rest of the year as well. My favorite book that I read in 2026 so far is Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton. I never got into the movies as I was a scaredy cat as a kid, but I really enjoyed the book which is very scientific and thought-provoking. If you have already read that, I recommend Blood Over Bright Haven by ML Wang which is a fantasy about a young woman who becomes the first female to become a high mage in her society. It was my favorite book that I read in 2025. EDIT: Ooh, I hope Addie watches The Outsiders which features so many actors’ young selves like Emilio Estevez, Patrick Swayze, Tom Cruise, and Rob Lowe to name some.

@Franco I joined a Patreon of another reaction channel and they use community chats for like general chat and people can talk about the channel and movies/shows in general.

@Blind Entertainment I feel like Discord would be too much for Addie to manage with all the channels/topics/threads you could have. Compared to community chats which are more condensed. Hope that makes sense.
