Here's the full length reaction to Grown Ups! I heard that this movie takes place around the 4th of July, so I figured now would be a good time to check this out! I've enjoyed all of the Adam Sandler movies I've watched so far, but this one fell a bit flat for me. This movie has such a great cast though! Enjoy!

Happy Wednesday and Happy July, Addie. I'm so glad that you watched Grown Ups (2010), in time for the 4th of July. This is another Adam Sandler comedy that I can watch and totally laugh my ass off. Another 4th of July movie that I'll also suggest to you is I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997). https://youtu.be/rEnCEM48QaY?is=jcAN0_fWAO5-XukP #IKWYDLSForAddieCounts

I’m in the same boat Addie. Haven’t seen this in years and it just felt like an excuse for Sandler to make a movie with all his buddies. From what I hear the sequel is worse 🙅‍♂️

Luis Fernandez

Love earlier Sandler, his later stuff not so much. 50 First Dates was the last comedy I really enjoyed, and Spanglish was a good dramatic role, but after that they get weaker and weaker IMO (except for the first Hotel Transylvania... thought that one was fun)

Robert da Spruce

“I wanna get chocolate wasted!” 😄 That’s the only line I remember from this video one 😊

ObiwanJakobi

I didn't like this movie because it was way to boyish toilet humor. No substance other than grown men acting like children.

Mario Sposato

R.I.P. Cameron Boyce (Keithie, Adam Sandler's character's 2nd son)

Steve SG-1

What's this movie called?

For some more Sandler that I think you'll like, check out Billy Madison, The Wedding Singer, The Waterboy, Big Daddy, Punch Drunk Love, Click, and You Don't Mess With the Zohan.

It's sort of a bummer because we all know if Chris Farley was still around, Kevin James wouldn't be in this.

Addie reacted to The Waterboy last year but YES to Big Daddy. It’s my favorite Adam Sandler comedy.

Joe Blankenship

Yeah, I even checked on her YouTube page, but I guess I just typed it anyway

Blind Entertainment

Haven’t seen this movie in years, and it definitely feels like a movie that Sandler made to spend time with his friends. There really isn’t much of a plot, and feels like they made it up as they went along.

Ironically my favorite Sandler movie isn't a comedy, it's Uncut Gems. (Which unfortunately Addie's already seen according to her Letterboxd so it'll never be on the channel. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Good flick though!)
