The one thing Walt didn't think about! His cell phone! He tried to get the cogs turning quickly but he couldn't come up with a quick excuse and now Skyler knows he's lying :O So close to pulling off the master escape. Though at least the DEA aren't fully on their tail anymore. Thank God Tio Salamanca hates feds more than anyone that he wouldn't even rat out his son's killers! They deal with that stuff in-house. Do you remember Hank saying that Tuco has a cartel connection when they were looking for him? They focused a few times on the painting of the wife & children waving the husband off to sea. Do you think there was some symbolism in that? Walt kept looking at it.

Oh yeah, Walt definitely identified with the guy in that boat, putting more & more space between he & his family, going who knows where, into unfamiliar waters. 😒
