Nice reaction Addie. Ant-Man is a great conclusion to Phase 2. Phase 3 is gonna be awesome. You'll definitely love Civil War. BTW, nice sweater.

My FAVE pair of MCU movies; Ant-Man, and Ant-Man 2, lessssgoooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Wednesday, Addie! 🙃 We're at the end of Phase 2! I LOVE the Ant-Man movies! Paul Rudd is so fantastic as Scott Lang aka Ant-Man. One of the things that I love about the "Ant-Man" movies is that for the most part they are lighthearted. Love the relationship that Scott has with his daughter Cassie. Up next, the beginning of Phase 3: "Captain America: Civil War". 😊

That is my plan for tonight. Looking forward to watching this with you.

Phase 3 is gonna be great! One seatbelt is not enough. You need a 5 point harness for this joy ride!

This is great, was anxiously waiting for the next MCU episode

This probably remains my favorite of the MCU movies. Paul Rudd & Michael Peña absolutely nail it and I appreciate the fact that this movie is a bit more down-to-earth, no crazy aliens, no galactic level threats or interdimensional creatures... just more or less "normal" human affairs (in quotes 'cos it's still the MCU after all...).

Oh, and I should also mention that the most hilarious part of the movie, for me at least, was the giant Thomas train, and yes, it kinda does look terrifying. I also admit that.

It's amazing how good Marvel Pictures is. There's no reason a movie about Ant-Man should have been as good and as fun as it was. And definitely not coming off of one blockbuster movie after another that created a shared universe. I mean...it's Ant-Man. But man...it's just so good. Certainly in my top 10 MCU films. As others have mentioned, we're at the top of the climb of the MCU rollercoaster. Strap in, it only gets better from here. Also, fun fact that not a lot of people get (unless you're old like I am), but the gentleman sitting in the car that Scott lands on after first putting on the suit is Garrett Morris. He was a founding member of Saturday Night Live, and the first person to portray Ant-Man in live action - during a superhero skit on SNL.

Moving to Phase 3, which is going to be a looooot of fun!

DC: No can't make a successful movie about the most famous super heroes ever invented! Marvel: here is a movie about a man who flies around on ants.
