All six movies deserve your reaction.

Of all the gin joints, in all the solar systems, she had to bring bad news to earth.

You picked the right version

Happy Wednesday, Addie. Aliens is DEFINITELY the best movie of the entire Alien franchise. I'm glad that you've reacted to the 1991 Special Edition because it represents James Cameron's definitive vision of the movie. And I totally agree with you, Ripley is definitely the coolest in the finale.

Fun fact: A piece of music in this movie was recycled for the ending of Die Hard (1988).

"Did you ever see this really old movie 'ALIENS?' " --Peter Parker, Avengers: Infinity War 🙂👍

I saw this when it came out. But then later I became a father of two girls. And now it hits different.

I think I speak for most people, when I say you can end you Alien franchise reaction at this movie and we would be happy. I personally wouldn't mind a Alien 3 reaction, but it moves back towards horror and less action in that one. Either way you are one of my favorite reactors. Cheers.

"How could they cut the power man they're animals!!!" one of the most famous movie quotes and memes ever used in pop culture to this day.

It also completely destroys whatever good feeling there is from this one. Watch Predator and it's sequel, then do AvP.

Just FYI for anyone streaming this it's the Special Edition Version Not the original.

Ry Jo

so since you seen both movies and it is the same actor, who is better? Kyle from terminator or Hicks from aliens?

Ry Jo

so james cameron is the the director of aliens, terminator and terminator 2.... he uses alot of actors in his movies over and over. look it up it is kind of cool John's mother from T2 is in this... Hudson is in terminator... Bishop is in terminator... lol

Ry Jo

There's a deleted scene that didn't make it into the Special Edition, it fits in three seconds before Ripley finds Newt's discarded tracker. She discovers Burke in those really tight corridors, cocooned, admitting to Ripley that one's gotten in him. Ripley gives Burke a grenade to use on himself and wordlessly struts away from him. (I think they didn't include it because Paul didn't sell it very well, IMHO.)
