It's almost time for this month's Q&A! Ask a question, any question!

Lord Byron

Are you going to watch Ted Lasso? It’s chicken soup for the soul!

Alex Tan

Hello, Addie. What's your favorite scary movie? (If you like scary movies, you may say your favorite one. If you don't, you may say your preferred genre of choice.) What romantic three-course meal would Jeremy cook for you? Since you mentioned the ingredients of your perfect Addie-made sandwich, in your September Q&A from last year, can we get the full recipe for it? Do you have any other Addie-made foods? How well do you balance the types of content that you offer? I asked this due to a debate in the comments of your full-length reaction to the first episode of Daredevil about how well you balance out the types of content that you offer. What are your thoughts on any movies that have been suggested to you that you're more likely to watch on your own or already have watched on your own? Where are some of the best places to visit if I were to vacation in Chattanooga, Tennessee? How would you compare the snakes on the planet Dagobah in The Empire Strikes Back (1980) to the snake pit in the Well of Souls in Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) and the snake pit in Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (2017)? Speaking of snakes, how much better have you gotten with handling snake scenes in movies? What are some of your most controversial movie opinions? It can be movies that you dearly love that most others dislike. In your reaction to Halloween (1978), I noticed a butterfly tattoo on your right arm. Is there a backstory behind that? Have you heard, a reboot of The Office is in the works? Have you seen the SNL sketch of Tom Hanks as David S. Pumpkins? If so, what did you think of it? Did you know that High School Musical 3: Senior Year (2008) was originally planned as a Halloween-themed Haunted High School Musical? Will you react to Van Helsing (2004) with Hugh Jackman & Kate Beckinsale? It's directed by Stephen Sommers, who did The Mummy (1999) & The Mummy Returns (2001). Favorite song by the Jonas Brothers? My girlfriend & I went to their concert recently and we both enjoyed it.

Alex Tan

Which t-shirts and sweaters do you think pair well with your "A" necklace? Are there any t-shirts and sweaters that you would like to wear with it in the future? Are you open to starting a P.O. box or are you still worried about opening up something snake-related? Would you ever consider facing your worst fears (like petting a snake wrapped around your shoulders or watching a very scary horror movie)? Have you ever screamed before, either during a scary movie reaction or in a scene in a stage production that you were in? Can we get a slideshow of your fall lookbook with your favorite fall outfits? Favorite song from Barbie (2023)? What is your favorite aspect ratio of the current Sony/Columbia Pictures logo? Flat (1.85:1): https://youtu.be/D6QLzln_yIo?feature=shared or Scope (2.39:1): https://youtu.be/Vk3JAq9yXzE?feature=shared Have you seen tick, tick... BOOM! (2021)? If so, what did you think of it? Will you react to Speed (1994) with Keanu Reeves? Will you react to Twister (1996) with Bill Paxton & Helen Hunt? Now that you've seen the Strawberry (Shawn of the Dead (2004)) & Classico (Hot Fuzz (2007)) flavors of Edgar Wright's Cornetto film series, will you react to the Mint flavored The World's End (2013)? Did you know that the three most powerful men in the world are: the President of the United States of America; the President of the Russian Republic; and the Captain of a United States nuclear missile submarine? On an unrelated note, will you react to Crimson Tide (1995) with Denzel Washington & Gene Hackman. It's a submarine action/thriller that's produced by Don Simpson & Jerry Bruckheimer and is directed by Tony Scott. Since you mentioned that you weren't satisfied with the editing style of your earlier reactions to E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982), Ghostbusters (1984), Beetlejuice (1988) & Edward Scissorhands (1990), and that the original files for those were either missing or deleted, since then, are you open to doing rewatch reactions to all of them and will that be on a Patreon poll? It would be very beneficial to your newer subscribers.

The "Oh No!" scenario: Oh no! Jeremy is hired as a caretaker of the Overlook Hotel for the winter and he has invited you to come with him. A month later, you start having traumatizing nightmares that make you go hysterical and you start screaming like crazy. Once Jeremy sees this, he realizes that he has to get you out of the hotel. Upon trying to escape, you start seeing the hotels inhabitants. The Overlook Hotel inhabitants are the Grady Twins, Delbert Grady, Horace M. Derwent (the party man with the bloody head who says "Great party, isn't it?"), Lorraine Massey (the naked woman in Room 237), the lobby with dead skeletons, and Jack Torrance. Which hotel inhabitant would cause you to scream bloody murder, immediately before Jeremy rescues you?

Marko T.

What is your favorite Indiana Jones movie? Will you react to the new one?

Bill W

Patreon exclusive! Any footage you have of your Sound of Music performances.

Mathias

Since many of the questions you get are food related, would you be interested in doing a monthly Addie taste test?

LightsCameraJake

Hey addie, i don't usually recommend things in a Q&A but since I see you loving firefly so darn much, with it being a Sci Fi and all. Might i recommend a Amazon Prime, sci fi series that follows a set of books that you should read, that sci fi show is called "The Expanse" it's a multi season show for when you get to that stage in your reaction career to do multi season shows. The books were so good, they made a show after it. The writers of the books were also producing and writing the show.

Ernesto Lopez

Doing reactions to movies for a about a year now give or take, how long do you see yourself doing it for? I would like to think i speak for all of us when i say we hope you stick around for a long time. Have a great day!

Mr. Writhms

Have you been paying attention to her at all? Her "favorite scary movie?" LOL Don't waste this question. You know the answer. 🤣 Thats like asking her, "What's your favorite way to break your arm?" Haha

Luis Fernandez

What is your favorite Halloween night activity? Trick or treating? Being social with friends? Handing out candy and seeing the kids in their costumes? Having a horror movie marathon (hehe)? Something else?

Alex Tan

LOL, it's a reference to Scream (1996).

Luis Fernandez

Now for a list of movies to add to your list. Normally I would recommend good movies, or at least movies I consider good, but this month I will recommend terrible movies. These are genuine stinkers but may make for fun reactions because they are so bad. Plan 9 From Outer Space (1959), Gymkata (1985), Jaws 4: The Revenge (1987), Troll 2 (1990)

Steve SG-1

If you could live without eating or sleeping which one would you choose?

Billy Dancel

Hello there, Addie By the time this A M A is posted you'll be close to being done with October and no more scary movies until next year. Wooo hooo Here we go with some Q's... I already saw a question about your tattoo. How recent was it? Do you have any others? Do you already have the itch to get another? If you weren't involved with Theater or YT content, what type of career would you choose? Since there is only a single season, are you interested in watching Band of Brothers? Would you ask Ollie to honor us with a visit? I hope you all are doing well!! Take care!!

Cole Jennett

Agreed. There’s literally no chance she wouldn’t enjoy it!

Kyle Brandon Sanger

Has there been a film, you've reacted to that you swore you never watch again, that you actually watched again? If so, what was it?

Zachary Huneycutt

Hey Addie! Alight. I've got some cool stuff for you this October, no pun intended. I want to hear your thoughts on "The Shadow" and "Trapezius." I will share the links with you in your Patreon messages either tonight or, at the latest, the 11th. The Shadow will CREEP YOU OUT, in a good way. After all, it is October. :)

LightsCameraJake

Hey Addie fun fact questions, did you know thar Joss Whedon who directed and wrote firefly also directed the first two Avengers films? Did you know he finally got a show he could fully flesh out, writing all the characters and stories, twist and turns all the way to the end making up for what he lost in Firefly, a little show called "Agents of Shield" Does thst make you excited to watch that more now someday?

John O'Meara

If there was a slither of a chance you were to watch more films in the Halloween franchise you should start with Halloween 2018 and go onwards from that. Leave everything before that for another time or never. If nothing else you get to see how that night had an effect on Laurie in the ensuing 40 years.

Mr. Writhms

Since you are all caught-up with the MCU and the DC Extended Universe is ending with the upcoming “Aqua-Man” movie being the final chapter (to make way for a new DC Universe)… Will you begin the DCEU? The first movie in release order is “Man of Steel” (2013), by the way.

Mathias

Do you believe in ghosts or a life beyond this one?

Randolph Tirazona

Yeah!!! We'd love to see more Ollie!!! Do you know anything about the Star Trek Universe?!? Oh! Did I miss the last Q&A?!? I thought I posted some last second questions. Ollie!!! Ollie!!! Ollie!!!

Jonathan D

Addie, I'm being serious when I say this: if I were to donate $1,000 dollars to your channel, could you push Dexter to the front of the line for your TV series reaction?

Ernesto Lopez

Imagine if she did, that and breaking bad are the best 2 shows i have ever seen. Nothing else even comes close

Billy Dancel

I’m hoping you get to see this late question. It’s October and we get a Friday the 13th. Can you let us know if anything strange happens to you?

Mathias

One has to go forever. Breakfast or dinner?

Mathias

Because that's the easy choice

Alex Tan

I second all of the John Carpenter movies you mentioned.
