What’s up Awesome Patrons?? US Independence Day is right around the corner, so I thought this would be the perfect place to schedule the poll winner YOU selected earlier this month: A League of Their Own.

Marc is in full-on Game of Thrones watch mode right now, and I need him for The Dark Knight coming up, so I let him sit this one out lol. And speaking of GoT, I'm wrapping up the YouTube edit of S2 Eps 1-2 right now, so I'll start on editing this one  afterwards. In the meantime though, if you're feeling like a little baseball, I would love for you to watch the full version of A League of Their Own along with me!

Thanks as always for your incredible support, and I hope you enjoy the reaction :)

NOOOO!!!! I knew you wouldn’t do it if I warned you but I didn’t want to give it away. Go back and watch the credits with “This used to be my playground”!

Watson

They used CGI on the older Dottie so that she would look more like Geena Davis. Also, you never heard the older actresses voice. Geena did a voice-over for all of her scenes.

GTFO really??? I thought that was Geena Davis in makeup!!! That's a different person? Well they did awesome because the voiceover and face match perfectly. I thought they had Geena in a lot of makeup and then just hired actresses for the other characters. Wow!

Seriously. Maybe you could make a short out of it. Let us see your reaction somehow.

When I first saw it I was like, where in the world could they find an actress that looks just like Geena?! I was shocked. The Voiceover, not so much. I could tell it was her.

So here I go again jumping thru time to watch more fun reactions. But to be fair, this was in A summer... Just last summer! 😂 Per ushe, you had a pretty darn good point in this about the station wagons we all rode in back in the 80's. We all remember the bench seats & 1000 degree metal lap belts! 😂 So u sleuthed & I sleuthed and it seems not too many do restore then. 50's & 60's yes. 80's not so much. Not often you search and don't find 20 YT Channels, Reddit threads on parts & someone's Pinterest from 2005. Could be a whole new YouTube sensation. Uncharted territory. 😂 Fun fun fun as always. Hope you're having the best summer now, even with repair still ongoing. On to a wonderful Christmas season!
